CASA NARDO
Beautiful Modern Mexican Architecture house sitting on one of Cuernavaca´s impressive ravines on the near north side of Cuernavaca at lovely Rancho Cortés area.
Casa Nardo is a large home with 4 bedrooms. Terrace, pool and garden sit adjacent to a ravine with a green belt as view. Situated about 15 minutes drive from the center of town, Casa Nardo is a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, it is the perfect weekend getaway or long vacations stay.

Private and secure home has impressive views from the terrace garden and the ample pool grounds next to a platform tennis court, surely enjoyable and especially fun for a family vacation as kids will have many activities, and so will parents. The indoor family area flows naturally onto the terrace providing easy relaxation and casual outdoor dining. There are two more garden levels distributed in 1,200 square meters with exotic flowers and fruit trees.

HOUSE AREAS/Distribution:
Fully basic furnished, the house has two floors: three bedrooms with two bathrooms upstairs, and a fourth with full bathroom downstairs, along with the social areas and access to the terrace and gardens.
Upstairs has a full bath and shower and walk-in closet covering needs for two bedrooms: one with a double bed, chest of drawers and shelves, and another one with two twin beds; a third bedroom with one double and one twin beds with a separate wardrobe piece of furniture to hang clothes and various clothing items and a chest of drawers. It also has a full bathroom exclusive for those quarters.
The ground floor includes one of the four previously mentioned, bedrooms and bathrooms, and the indoor living and dining rooms (seats 4-6), the fully equipped kitchen with a table for four, and the spacious terrace facing the garden, with a dining room table (seats eight) and living room (seats 8-10).
TV/VCR/CD player. Wireless Internet and Cable system can be provided if requested in advance.

LOCATION
The house is located on the near north side of the city at Rancho Cortes, one of Cuernavaca’s most exclusive and quiet residential areas, full of century old trees and lovely vegetation. Walking around will be a great and relaxing experience. Driving from Mexico city highway, it takes only 5 minutes to the house. This highway also gives access to Taxco, Tepoztlan, Xochicalco Archaeological site, Tequesquitengo Lake, Las Estacas and Acapulco, considered as ones of the most visited and attractive places in Mexico, both by local and foreign tourism.

Rancho Cortes is just a 15 minute drive from the center of town. Even though is not within walking distance, your daily shopping needs stores are available within a 10 minute drive, and also the so many extraordinary places to visit nearby as language schools around the area, plus the privacy of being in a residential area but only 10-15 minutes away.

SERVICES
Housekeeper provided. Cook if requested (additional cost).
A caretaker couple, husband and wife, maintain the property and do the basic housekeeping and garden and pool chores, twice weekly (8-12PM). Cooking and housekeeping extra hours services (12-5PM) can be arranged for 200 pesos, or $350 per extra full day (food not included).
Cleaning fee includes final cleanup on departure, trash bags, trash pickup, cleaning supplies, bottled water in house and final laundry, etc. Owner will email instructions and information about deposit refunds and cancellations to you on request.

A well behaved pet can stay with you for an additional $25 daily for length of stay.

NOT INCLUDED:
1)Heating of pool at an extra charge: US $50 for first heating. (To maintain the heat after that is an additional 5-6 hours more or less of heating per day. The cost of gas is somewhere around $6 an hour when the pool is being heated).

2)Garden can be used for an event such as a small wedding, reception or party for up to 80 people for an additional US $600 (6 hours) with one week minimum house rental for use of garden.
