Year Purchased: 2005
We are a family of five. We have Triplet boys ages 3 1/2. We know what its like to travel with small children-we love it but that being said you have to have things set up for you to make your stay really comfortable. Its not just a relocation ,its a vacation. We love our home at the beach, Capitola beach and Villiage is so fun. It's perfect for everyone. The mall is nearby and everyone enjoys the kids playground and great shopping. Fun for the whole family.

We love this location. It is close to shopping, movie theater, great restaurants, such as Takahara Sushi, Cafe Cruz, Chili's, Tony and Alba's Pizza, and the restaurants in Capitola Village.

Master suite has steam shower. Fire place in Master suite. Fire place in Living room. Gas barbeque. Fenced in back yard with toys and sand box. Gated living room for young children. This is a very safe and children friendly home. We have high chairs, play pens, bikes, strollers upon request.
