This is a wonderful newer property that is ideal for families with small children and those that enjoy being close to everything. Our house has a gym, with weights. We can provide gates,high chair,toys,strollers,and wagon upon request.
You can walk to Capitola Village and Capitola beach, and you can also walk to the Capitola Mall, and restaurants, and the movie theater. It's a great location because you really are close to everything.
We are on the corner of 42nd ave and grace. We are one street over from 41st Ave-yes you have to crawl up a steep hill to go down to the beach but its a very short walk-there are free shuttles that go to and from Capitola Villiage in the Summer and on holidays. So in order to go to the beach mapquest Wholefoods in Capitola on 41st ave-you will go down Capitola Rd and to the beach.

Year Purchased: 2005
We are a family of five. We have Triplet boys ages 4yr old. We know what its like to travel with small children-we love it but that being said you have to have things set up for you to make your stay really comfortable. Its not just a relocation ,its a vacation. We love our home at the beach, Capitola beach and Villiage is so fun. It's perfect for everyone. The mall is nearby and everyone enjoys the kids playground and great shopping. Fun for the whole family.There is a brand new Whole Foods, Ihop across the street. Ofcoarse all the fast food chain restaurants are across the street on 41st ave. The movie theater is across the street. I have some great babysitters too.

We love this location. It is close to shopping, movie theater, great restaurants, such as Takahara Sushi, Cafe Cruz, Chili's, Tony and Alba's Pizza, and the restaurants in Capitola Village.Ihop and Whole foods are both brand new-across the street!!!!!
