The large, open kitchen is well-stocked and has all stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast bar. There's a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. A Publix supermarket is within approximately a mile. Immediately off the kitchen is a separate bar and sitting area with a wine cooler.
The spacious, open living-area has a large L-shaped couch, plus additional seating, and a large, 54" flat-screen cable TV with DVD. The dining area seats 8 with extra seating at the breakfast bar for 4.
The master-bedroom is located on the ground-floor and has a comfy King sized bed and a flat screen TV. There is a private bathroom with separate vanities and a large tiled shower stall with two showerheads.
Upstairs there is a second spacious lounge-area with another large, 52" flat-screen TV. Off the lounge area are three bedrooms: The first upstairs bedroom has two full-sized beds and a flat screen TV and direct access to the full-hallway bathroom with a large shower stall. The second upstairs bedroom has two full-sized beds and a flat-screen TV and private bathroom with tub and shower. The third upstairs bedroom has two twin beds.
The superb screened-in pool has a surrounding deck with plenty of outdoor furniture. There's a a Tiki-Bar with a built-in summer kitchen with gas grill and refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. Professionally landscaped and private back-yard. Outdoor speakers. Outdoor shower and direct access to an interior half-bathroom.
The furnished front-porch adds a touch of Southern charm.
