Beautiful white cottage on 3 mint manicured acres of property.
The house/cottage is small but large in appearance and it has a front porch, back porch, studio, and sleep loft for storage.
The house is newly renovated and is filled with very pretty, paintings, prints, crafts, and has 3 cable tv's and everything you need to cook ......or why not barbecue on the pretty property outside the separate studio.
The house has a hammock if you do not want to run around doing all the area offers. This house is next to the Esopus creek and it is famous for fishing and one can swim or kayak in the Esopus ....how about tubing?
Art and music is all over the Woodstock Area and this cottage is 10 miles from Woodstock center of town, and 3 miles to Phonicia, and 10 miles from Belleye Concerts and festivals and in the winter skiing. The house is near the Hunter festivals too.
You want to walk to the Emerson Spa to dine, just get Starbucks coffee, homemade ice cream, have a drink, dine, swim, get a day pass the gym, steam and sauna. The area is great if you want to do a lot of tourist things, or simply relax.
The nights are filled with stars and mountain views and the sound of the Esopus Creek. It is a home which I hope you enjoy ......I live around the block and can arrange dog walks, or babysitting.
The property is magical.
