Condo was clean,easy to find & on the bayside with a waterfront fishing pier and boat docking. Kitchen is small but has all you need to cook and enjoy meals with your family. Condo is on second floor with a porch balcony out front. We sat outside early mornings drinking coffee and enjoying the sunrise over the bay. Evening time we would got to fishing pier and watch sunsetting over the bay. Pools were clean and refreshing after a day at the beach. Mariette was very nice and easy to communicate with and answered all my questions promptly. Condo is small for two adults and two teenagers who spent alot of time in one bathroom geting ready to go anywhere but I would stay there again just because Mariette and Sarah the property manager were both so nice and easy to work with. I also would recomend this condo to friends and family. I enjoyed my stay at South Padre Island.

Great condo, very clean with a great view of the bay! Great location- able to walk to shops. I will stay again if I come to SPI:)
