Union Pier sits along Lake Michigan and this home is on the lake side of Red Arrow Highway, so walking to the beach is quick and easy. You'll enjoy the plentiful selection of restaurants and wineries in the area, while nearby towns like New Buffalo, Three Oaks and St. Joe offer many opportunities for gallery or antique outings.
This three-year new home is in pristine condition. The living, dining and kitchen areas have soaring 16 foot ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace with a gas starter, cable TV, a DVD player, and a hook-up for your i-pod to the stereo system. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is a full-size stack washer and dryer, central heat and air, and a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless appliances and granite counters. Bedding, bath towels and pool towels are also provided.
