This beautiful beach home is complete with five bedrooms and three baths so there is room for the entire family.
An outside covered balcony wraps the east side of the main and upper levels. In addition, there is a screened ground level porch that features seating and a swing.
The main level includes the living area, dining area, and a state of the art fully equipped kitchen. Also on the main level there are two north facing bedrooms that share a common, full sized bathroom.
The master suite on the southeast side of the second level offers private access to the outside deck. The second level is also highlighted by a small sitting area. Casa Del sole is a contemporary home with tropical flair and rich colors.
Media amenities include 3 TVs, 2 DVD players, and a CD stereo system!
Deposit: $300 Security/Damage Refundable 10-14 days after departure (Deposit must be paid within 72 hours of making the reservation.)
Cleaning Fee: $200.00
Pets: Dogs are allowed, 2 pet limit. Additional $100 refundable deposit per dog. (Deposit(s) due at least 30 days prior to stay).
Payment: (Owner will customize payment options via e-mail.) Payment must be received in full 30 days prior to arrival. (If reservation is made within the the 30 day period we will hold the property for 72 hours until payment via money order or cashiers check is received).
Cancellation Policy:
30 Days or sooner Before Arrival: You will have the option of rescheduling your stay at no additional cost. (Please be mindful of seasonal rate changes). If you are unable to reschedule, any prepaid rent will be refunded as well as any paid pet deposits.
Security deposit will be forfeited. In the event we are able to replace your booking for one that is the same amount of time we will refund everything.
29-14 Days Prior to Arrival: 50% of prepaid rent will be forfeited as well as the security deposit. Any pet deposits paid will be refunded. In the event we are able to replace your booking for one that is the same amount of time we will refund everything.
Less than 14 Days Prior to Arrival: Pet deposits will be refunded but the deposit and prepaid rent will be forfeited. In the event we are able to replace your booking for one that is the same amount of time we will refund everything.
