This is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin built in 2004 located on the channel between Lakes Minocqua and Kawaguesaga.
There are 2 king beds and 1 queen bed as well as 2 futons in the four season sun porch. Master bath and a second full-size bathroom. Two car garage and coin operated full size washer and dryer.
Cabin is located on Lake Minocqua and steps from the Bearskin Trail which is an 18 mile bike trail. You can walk to Minocqua in 10 minutes on the trail. One boat slip is included and trailer parking is available.
You must provide your own towels (bath and beach) as well as paper towels, toilet paper, and trash can liners (there will be a small supply when you arrive.) All bedding is provided.
This cabin is located in a resort of 19 cabins. If you are part of a group and need additional cabins, please contact owner for additional information. No tents or camper parking is allowed on the property.

- There is a HUGE open grassy area to play softball, kickball, frisbee. There is also a very nice sand beach with a swim raft located on the grounds.

Our family lives in southern WI but we love nothing more than vacationing "up north." This was the perfect set-up for our busy family. We can spend a few weeks up there and also share it with those who love to vacation in Minocqua.

Location, location, location. Beautiful piece of property on a prime lake. Close to town so you can walk in on the Bearskin Trail and enjoy the quaint shopping experience of Minocqua. If you like to run or bike, head south on the trail for 17 miles of beautiful scenery.

If you want to rest and relax in the most beautiful location in Minocqua, then this is the place. Our family has enjoyed this cabin for the last 4 years; we hate leaving, but always look forward to coming back the following year. The cabin is more than comfortable and fits everyones needs and there are so many options as far as activites and things to do that we never find time to be bored. I'm sure you will enjoy the cabin as much as we do.

We have stayed at this vacation home for the past several years. It is lovely and has all the amenities. The view of the lake and its proximity to the Bearskin Trail make this rental a highly desired location.

This is a beautiful cabin ideally located to town and loads of activities. Very well maintained and well equipped, we have been to the Northern the last 2 years with our children and grandchildren and they loved this cabin. We can dock our boat here and do all kinds of water activities, the grandkids love to fish off the docks, it has a nice swim beach and play area. Great access to the walking trail and the walk to town is very easy. You can see the waterski show from the grounds, it's better in the bleachers or from the water if you go by boat. A lot of families stay here and everyone is very friendly. Great family vacation spot. I've been coming to Mincoqua since the 40's and this is the best location. The chain of lakes can't be beaten for beauty and variety. Great fishing for you fishermen, and watersports for others. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I think anyone staying here will love it and want to return.
