Porto Del Sol is a beautiful, low density property with only 34 units. It is located on Cotton Bayou and is just a short walk to the sparkling white sands of Orange Beach. Watch the charter fishing fleet depart and return each day; enjoy dolphins that frequent the area as well. At night the bayou takes on a special feel with music making it's way from across the Bayou from Tacky Jacks. Deep sea fishing and fine dining are just steps away at the San Roc Cay Marina. The marina offers both fine and casual dining as well as shopping.
The complex itself features both an indoor and outdoor pool, steam room, sauna, and use of a private boat slip!
This three bedroom three bath condo features traditional furnishings with neutral colors and tropical accents. The balcony that leads off of the living room and master bedroom directly overlooks the outdoor pool and cotton bayou.
Deposit: $300 Security/Damage Refundable 10-14 days after departure (Deposit must be paid within 72 hours of making the reservation.)
Cleaning Fee: $150.00
Payment: (Owner will customize payment options via e-mail.) Payment must be received in full 30 days prior to arrival. (If reservation is made within the 30 day period we will hold the property for 72 hours until payment via money order or cashiers check is received).
Cancellation Policy:
30 Days or sooner Before Arrival: You will have the option of rescheduling your stay at no additional cost. (Please be mindful of seasonal rate changes). If you are unable to reschedule, any prepaid rent will be refunded. Security deposit will be forfeited.In the event we are able to replace your booking for one that is the same amount of time we will refund everything.
29-14 Days Prior to Arrival: 50% of prepaid rent will be forfeited as well as the security deposit. In the event we are able to replace your booking for one that is the same amount of time we will refund everything.
Less than 14 Days Prior to Arrival: The deposit and prepaid rent will be forfeited. In the event we are able to replace your booking for one that is the same amount of time we will refund everything.
