The 2nd BR offers a queen bed with 21" TV with wrap around balcony access and full bathroom with shower/tub combination.
The 3rd BR is furnished with twin over full bunk beds, great place for kids! This room also has a 17” TV.

I am a native Atlantan who currently resides in New York (Manhattan). I am a Director of Sales for a high tech networking company. My hobbies are golf, traveling abroad and reading fictional novels. I am a big college football fan and overall sports junkie. I also enjoy the Arts, Broadway Theatre, and like to go dancing. My three grandchildren reside in greater Atlanta.
Why the Owner Chose Seychelles
Panama City Beach is growing and transforming to a more upscale community. The beach here is the prettiest and widest in the Florida Panhandle. My roots are from the South and I enjoy providing a place for my kids and grandchildren when the unit is not rented
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The views and the beach are very relaxing. Schooners is an elevator ride away and is one of the best restaurant/bars in Northwest Florida. You can get beach service for your favorite beverage or cocktail, and there are nice chairs and umbrellas available. There is not one day of every month here that it does not reach 70 degrees.

First of all, the owner was a pleasure to work with. Very honest and helpful. Secondly, his condo is awesome. Beautifully decorated, incredible view, great location and nice amenities. We LOVED the HUGE wraparound porch, spacious living area and convenient location to restaurants, bars, etc. Schooners is right next door and a great place to eat and drink. I will not hesitate to stay here again and I highly recommend it to couples, singles, and families looking to stay in Panama City. Thanks a bunch! JL
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
