It has two bedrooms, two baths and a bunkroom. Additionally it has a wrap around balcony accessible from the guest room, den and master bedroom. There is a breakfast bar with three barstools and a dining room table that seats six. It is stylishly decorated with a West Indies theme, and the unit had been upgraded with a flat screen TV and second DVD player in the bunk room. No pets are allowed in the building or unit.
Guests must be 25 years of age to reserve the condo. It can comfortably sleep 9 with a King size bed, Queen, sleeper sofa and bunk bed with full size on the bottom and twin on the top. The property has a fitness room, game room, outdoor jacuzzi, heated pool and kid's pool. There is a secure garage with secure access to the building and beachfront area. Seychelles is adjacent to Schooners "The Last Local Beach club." Schooners is an institution in the Panama City Beach area known for it's beach bar, daily live entertainment, and great food. Also within walking distance is Captain Anderson's Restaurant and Waterfront Market. In this location you have a marina for fishing charters, boat rentals, jet skis and boat tours to Shell Island and surrounding attractions. The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The views and the beach are very relaxing. Schooners is an elevator ride away and is one of the best restaurant/bars in Northwest Florida. You can get beach service for your favorite beverage or cocktail, and there are nice chairs and umbrellas available. There is not one day of every month here that it does not reach 70 degrees.
