Buena Vida Townhomes sits on the Santa Rosa Sound just a few hundred yards from the Navarre Bridge and causeway. The Gulf beaches are a 2 minute walk, with restaurants and entertainment within a 5 minute walk.
Our unit is a 3 story townhouse with unobstructed views of the Santa Rosa Sound and some truly spectacular sunsets. The large elevated deck overlooks the swimming pool and is only 20 yards from the water, and is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The interior was completely renovated in 2006-2007 and includes features like a huge master bath with corner Jacuzzi and spa-like shower. The master bedroom is very large and has a balcony overlooking the sound. The decor is contemporary and meant to be both stylish yet laid-back. There is room to sleep 6 comfortably and the large loft area includes a new sofa bed to allow for up to 2 more for a total of 8. A full kitchen is equipped with all you need to eat in if you like.
Enjoy the rustic and semi-secluded surroundings of Navarre Beach, one of Florida's "best kept secrets", while maintaining easy access to major highways just over the bridge. Or take a drive down the scenic beach front road to Pensacola Beach and enjoy old haunts of Ernest Hemingway's and Jimmy Buffet.
If you are looking to get out of the hustle-and-bustle that tends to come along with a "beach vacation", then this is the place for you!

Navarre Beach is one of "Florida's Best Kept Secrets", and Buena Vida is like nothing else in the area. When we want to truly relax, this is the place of us.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Beautiful unobstructed sunsets, deep water boat-slip, adjacent to Santa Rosa Sound (20 yards from our door!), and a big swimming pool are just a few of the amenities at Buena Vida. The sunsets can be taken-in from the large patio, or a 25 step walk to the dock gets you a real memory-making experience.
There's very little "hustle-and-bustle" out on Navarre Beach, and there's almost "zero" traffic compared to places like Destin. A five minute walk to the Sailor's Grill, Juana's Pagoda's or Cocodries gets you fresh fish dinners, beach volleyball and live entertainment. No need to worry about a parking place!
Juana's - Beach Bar, Live Bands, Volleyball and other fun stuff. Also Jet Ski and sailboat rentals. Sailor's Grill - Best breakfast! Lunch, Dinner and wine bar.
Authentic Louisiana and Cajun. More upscale but still casual. Nice bar and outdoor area.
Navarre Beach Public Beach - Public parking and beach. Lifeguards on duty during summer season and weekends.
Nice boat ramp. Handles large boats and small. Plenty of parking for trailers. A fairly new and well maintained facility with restrooms.
