Buena Vida Townhomes sits on the Santa Rosa Sound just a few hundred yards from the Navarre Bridge and causeway. The Gulf beaches are a 2 minute walk, with restaurants and entertainment within a 5 minute walk.
Our unit is a 3 story townhouse with unobstructed views of the Santa Rosa Sound and some truly spectacular sunsets. The large elevated deck overlooks the swimming pool and is only 20 yards from the water, and is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The interior was completely renovated in 2006-2007 and includes features like a huge master bath with corner Jacuzzi and spa-like shower. The master bedroom is very large and has a balcony overlooking the sound. The decor is contemporary and meant to be both stylish yet laid-back. There is room to sleep 6 comfortably and the large loft area includes a new sofa bed to allow for up to 2 more for a total of 8. A full kitchen is equipped with all you need to eat in if you like.
Enjoy the rustic and semi-secluded surroundings of Navarre Beach, one of Florida's "best kept secrets", while maintaining easy access to major highways just over the bridge. Or take a drive down the scenic beach front road to Pensacola Beach and enjoy old haunts of Ernest Hemingway's and Jimmy Buffet.
If you are looking to get out of the hustle-and-bustle that tends to come along with a "beach vacation", then this is the place for you!

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Beautiful unobstructed sunsets, deep water boat-slip, adjacent to Santa Rosa Sound (20 yards from our door!), and a big swimming pool are just a few of the amenities at Buena Vida. The sunsets can be taken-in from the large patio, or a 25 step walk to the dock gets you a real memory-making experience.
There's very little "hustle-and-bustle" out on Navarre Beach, and there's almost "zero" traffic compared to places like Destin. A five minute walk to the Sailor's Grill, Juana's Pagoda's or Cocodries gets you fresh fish dinners, beach volleyball and live entertainment. No need to worry about a parking place!

WOW !! Beautiful home on the water

We stayed for long weekend in May, have stayed at this condo in the past and it is just the perfect location. We live Niceville Fl. which is just 45 min away but like to go to Navarre to get away once in a while. It is on the water, pool is outside the back door, you can sit on deck with a glass of wine and watch the kids at the pool, you can also watch them if they are on peir from deck. Perfect place to stay if you have middle school age kids who want some freedom but you want to keep an eye on them. There are several yummy restraunts to eat at within walking distance too, and the gulf of meixco is a 5 min walk across the street. This home is clean and beautifully decorated (pics dont do it justice) it has been painted with beautiful beach murals on walls since these were taken. Kithchen has condiments and other basic cooking needs (oil) ect...We will be going back again for another getaway and we are already looking forward to it....

This condo was absolutely gorgeous!!!! Beautifully decorated and stocked with small items that you need to cook with that you always forget to take with you on vacation :-) The area was great, friendly neighbors. This home has a perfect location from which to enjoy views of the Sound. We spent a great deal of time on the deck, eating every meal there. The decor is stylish but not fussy and invites you to relax. Wall murals are a special touch. The master bath is to die for. It's huge and designed to spoil you. Upscale appliances, splendid art work, all sorts of thoughtful detail to make you feel at home. It's not like a rental at all but more like staying a friend's very nice home. We would highly recommend this place. Buena Vida is the nicest complex in Navarre Beach in our opinion. The landscaping has grass, blooming plants, banana and palm trees, and rosemary. The unit is located in the quiet of the rear so there is no road noise. The owners are so accommodating and friendly. Cleaning fee included in the price is an unusual bonus along with being a pet friendly rental. You will not find a better deal on Navarre Beach.

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us for our 4-day stay in early April! We enjoyed as much time on the beach as we could, and when not there, we were out on your big beautiful deck watching the kids looking for hermit crabs down below on the sound.(it's all right there!) Navarre is a beautiful escape from the mayhem of our world here in Atlanta, and we felt totally comfortable with all that you offered in your condo-it was as easy as being at home(but without all the work!)We certainly hope to return again on a future visit...and, of course,we all really look forward to that amazing "spa" shower, up in the master suite!!! Thanks again, and hope to be back soon.

We just spent the weekend at this condo and it was wonderful. We were looking for a place where we could get away for the weekend as we live close to Destin and it very hectic. We could walk to the beach, traffic is light, and this home was amazing with all of the extras. There is a view of the sound from every room, and the back deck was just feet from the sound or pool, we could watch our children at the pool while on the deck. We are looking forward to going back. The unit was very clean and we loved the master bathroom.
