    • Convertible Bed: Sofa bed in living room, but be advised that this unit is not large and guests will be more comfortable with only 4 persons total.
    • Crib: We can provide travel cot and high chair at no additional cost on request. We do not provide bedding as typically Moms prefer to bring their own. If this is a problem, please let us know. Stair gates not needed as this is a ground floor unit, but if you need them in a doorway, please ask.

Children are welcome at wineries, but they would probably prefer the wonderful Victorian carousel in Greenport Village, or a gentle cruise round the bay on the electric boat, "Glory".

Joanna Lane operates Property Angels as an Independent Real Estate Broker with a virtual office website on New York’s beautiful East End of Long Island, the North Fork, in New York. Born in the UK, she had a successful film and TV career, prior to moving to the US in 1999. Joanna knew she was really home when she saw those 10 ft high snow drifts in the mall car park. It felt so much like Bradford, Yorkshire, on a typical school day!

Of course she is a member of the National Association of REALTORS ®, and affiliated asociations, but what you might not know is Joanna is a certified RSPS REALTOR, a Resort and Second Property Specialist, with 6+ years experience in short term vacation rentals and self catering holidays, both as a private owner and acting as an agent managing properties for other owners.       Our favorite adventure: Staying by the pool till sunset and then playing games on the lawn in front of the beach. The unit was very cute and comfortable. It looked brand new and extremely clean. We loved sitting on the balcony and having our breakfast there. We enjoyed our time here very much. Thank you for a great stay.
