Ride the Lewes ferry to historic Cape May, NJ. Day trip to Assateague and Chincoteague nature reserves and see the wild ponies. Easy access to Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, Lewes, Bethany Beach and Ocean City.
The condo is nicely decorated, with cable TV, DVD, VCR, Internet access, and a well equipped kitchen.

This area is ideal for summer vacations and our Condo is near the heart of it all. The ocean and beaches are less than 1 mile away. The Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk with Thashers Famous Broadwalk fries, the arcades and carnival rides for young childern offers so much for the whole family.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our Spring Lake Community while conveniently located off of Route One is a designed community that is well maintained and offers a quiet getaway with three ponds, road ways that are great for walking or riding your bike with only community vehicles which make it very safe.
The Boardwalk offers access to the beach, resturants, shopping, summer band concerts, an arcade and carinval rides.
Dewey Beach is open to the public at no fees, they have guarded beaches from 10 AM until 5 PM, small snack stands, with chairs and umbrellas, parking passes are required along the side streets.
This water park has a lazy river, motion pool, two large water slides, kiddes pool with pirate ship and small slides, batting cages, go carts, batting cages and putt putt golf. It has an on-site snack

Amy and I are people that just love the beach and all the activities it has to offer. Amy has grown up at the beach all her life and I have been going to the Rehoboth area for over ten years now. The great weather and close proximity to the beachand Rehoboth are just a few of the many reasons we truly enjoy the area. The restaurants offer every available price range and style with many top chefs coming from Washington, DC and Philadelphia make this area unique on the east coast. We enjoy every moment there.
