We stayed here during the last week of April and went to all of the Disney Parks.. We usually stay on property at the Walt Disney Resort but this year we had to find something more affordable.. We had a great time and everything is as it is described. Curtis was easy to work with and I would stay here a again...

We stayed here for long weekend in Feb. There were 3 adults and 2 children. It was fantastic....very comfortable with all necessary items on hand. The children loved the pool and slide from pirate ship while adults enjoyed the hot tub. So close to Disney Parks too. It was good to leave the busyness of the parks to return to quiet of the condo. Would stay here again. Our balcony had a view of fireworks at Magic Kingdom!!

My family and I all meet up at this condo for the Holidays on Dec. 23. It Slept 7 very comfortably. The Condo was perfect! Close to everything. I would recommend this condo for rental to my friends and family The staff were very nice and helpful as well. nice pool area, great for the kids. Renting it was a very easy transaction. I plan on renting it again in the future. Thank you

Perfect home base for our Disney vacation!

This 3BR condo was a great value and absolutely ideal for our vacation. We had plenty of space with 4 adults and 3 kids and you can't ask for a better location unless you spend 5x as much to stay in the park. The property management representative who handled the reservation was very responsive and made sure to check in with us to make sure everything was OK with the property. Only issue we had was that most of the sheets are too small for the king sized beds. Side tip: Beware of your GPS. It seems like everytime we returned to the condo, the GPS told us a different way to return. One of those ways includes a $.75 exact change only toll exit that you should avoid if at all possible.

This condo is FABULOUS!!! We stayed there for a week in September with our 6 year old twins and 10 year old son and it worked out wonderfully. The condo is just as described. It is well stocked, clean and well maintained. It is really close to the parks and it is nice to be able to spread out and relax at the end of long days. The staff at the condo is very helpful and terrific with suggestions and directions. The pool is amazing and the poolside bar is a great place for breakfast or afternoon happy hour! We would definately stay here again.

I stayed here the 14th floor unit in September. Everything was very nice. I was there on a conference and my family went to the parks so the transportation was very nice. The unit was clean and furnature was comfortable. There was plenty of room and the view of the fireworks was nice. It was also close to the freeway and international drive, which made commuting to the conference center good. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone. The kids also enjoyed the pool.

We stayed on property in this condo during the week of the 4th of July. It's a great place for children and adults. We loved how close the entrance to Walt Disney World is from the condo, it took us less than 5 minutes to get there. Also there is a Super Walmart just down the road for your shopping needs. We enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony at night and watch the fireworks display from Disney. The kids of course loved the pool and pirate ship!! The staff was very helpful! The condo itself looks just like the photo's, very clean and neat. I have to say it beat all our expectations!!

Clean, comfortable unit, convenient to Disney

Unit is as described and a perfect location to disney. Check in/out identical to most hotels -- simple & efficient. Communication with owner was excellent. Bar at the pool has great beverages & ice cream treats. We had 3 generations with us (ages 2 - 55) and the unit pretty much provided everything we needed. Wal-mart is less than a mile away so stocking the facility is EASY! Perfect location to Disney (just take notes to get back as signs lead you there, but we forgot what roads we actually took). ENJOY!

This condo was perfect for our stay just this past week. We stayed with another family so there were three adults and six kids( from age 3 to 14) . Plenty of room for all of us. It was clean and very nice. I more appreciated the service and the ease with dealing with Curtis from the management company. From the time of inquiring about the property to the time of arrival at our condo..he made everything so simple. We actually got a message left from him to our room when we arrived checking to make sure we got there okay and to let him know if there were any problems. I highly appreciated that. Our only complaint was the front desk service. One evening we needed some more linens..It took forever to get a hold of the front desk and then once they brought it up...it was the wrong thing. We also requested a cleaning and for some reason it was not noted and so there was a slight disappointment of not coming back to a clean room. They did do it the next day. Some more great things....The resort was very close to Disney. We had our car so we drove to the parks each day. And can't forget to mention the great pool. And of course the price was extremely reasonable and completely worth every penny. Thank you!

My family and I just got back from staying at this condo. The accommodations were fantastic...condo was spotless, roomy and included everything a family of five needed, The resort pool was great fun for the family and the other ammenities were wonderful as well. The LOCATION is PERFECT...we had a rental car and it was just a five minute ride to any of the parks...no waiting for a bus or monorail. The resort also had a shuttle to the parks if you don't have a car. I have always stayed on Disney property but after staying here I will book all future trips to this condo!!!!! You can also walk to the outlets, a Walmart is right down road to get your supplies and many local eateries will deliver right to your door. BOOK IT...your will have no regrets and that is coming from a hard to please family.

Family Vacation

I found this unit to be clean and well maintained. My boys, 15 and 12 years old, loved the pirate ship and waterslide. The unit was spacious enough to accomodate our family of 4, plus a set of grandparents. We used a rental car to travel from park to park, so that we were not limited by the shuttle times provided. I would highly recommend this unit.

The condo was perfect for our family. Previously we stayed on disney property (beach club) for more money and less time and had no space. This condo was very close to Universal and Disney and shopping. The on site restaurant and store were very handy. We would go back again and would recommend the condo to others. We even got a call to check if we were satisfied. It was GREAT!!

My family of 4 stayed at this condo in early January and it really met our needs. The condo was clean, good sized, had plenty of fresh clean towels, the basic kitchen supplies, a nice large balcony and view of the pool. The condo was located very close to Disneyworld (with several options to take to get there. It was also right up the street from Walmart and down the street from several restaurants. The Convenience store and restaurants on site were useful and the property was well maintained with helpful staff (although we really didn't use them very much). I would recommend this condo to friends.
