My husband and I have been coming to Indian Rocks Beach for many years but I have to say this place is everything we dreamed of!!!!! The minute we walked in my husband kept saying "good job honey" over and over. We both agreed this is the first place that felt warm and comfortable. We loved every moment and didn't want to leave. In fact we will be returning again and again each year! Thank you so much for sharing your place! Our family has been vacationing at Indian Rocks Beach for 15 years...wonderful, laid back community with an old Florida feel...this condo is our absolute favorite. Small property, quiet, private - the best location for a quiet getaway. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is large equipped with every possible gadget, television is great, but really, who needs TV with a perfect view of the gulf. Our favorite spot is the terrace overlooking the beach...thank you for comfortable lounge chairs!Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Our family of 4 (2 children and 2 adults) stayed in this beautiful condo for a week. The Condo had everything you can think of. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were plenty of towels and we especially enjoyed having a locker on the ground floor were we could leave the beach toys and chairs. We enjoyed watching the dolfins swim early in the morning from our balcony and the beautiful sunsets in the afternoon.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

This is our 6th summer vacationing in IRB, first time in this condo. Very beautiful, comnfortable and relaxing. We are a family of 5 with three children under 5. This condo fit our needs perfectly. Beautiful place, great location. Can't beat IRB!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We loved this place. It is even better than pictured. The view from the patio overlooking the Gulf and pool was highly entertaining. We watched dolphins, coast guard rescue training, parasailing and beautiful sunsets. We had a heron who entertained us on a patio below. Wonderful restaurants were close by. One called Guppy's was particularly good. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance and Tampa is just a short drive away. Everything was totally clean, kitchen well-equipped and very spacious. I loved the flooring; too bad it doesn't show in the pictures. It looked like a spanish tile but was of a material that was softer on the feet and beautiful to look at! Furniture was very comfortable and plenty of walk-in closet space. Baths were very comfortable and well equipped with hair dryer and plenty of towels. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone considering a trip to Florida -- it was awesome!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

About the owner: My husband Mike and I had our first taste of Florida Sunshine when we decided to wed on the beaches of Key West. We weren't interested in a large wedding. The union between the two of us was much more important. We have been married now for 19 years and have a great affection for the great state of Florida!
Why the Owner Chose Casa de Playa:
We knew we wanted to buy something....We first looked in Sarasota. We decided it wasn't for us. Our realtor then showed us a property in Indian Rocks Beach. We loved it! The private beaches, the old world charm, the local flare! We feel so blessed to have found our second home in Indian Rocks Beach! My husband always says " I don't go anywhere where I cannot wear shorts and flip flops!"
