Our home is inviting the moment you walk through the door. As you walk in, you see the dinning room to your left and the quiet and relaxing living room with French doors leading to the lanai.
The lanai also has French door entrances from the kitchen, master bedroom, pool room, and bathroom. From the lanai, you can see breath-taking views of the Lake Manitoba.
We’ve experienced great fishing on the lake, many memories, and if you are into fishing, you will enjoy it as much as we do, if not more. In our home, we have an oversized family room with a large floor to ceiling arched window that overlooks the lake.
The recliner sofa and love seat in the family room make it exceptional for watching TV or to simply relax. If you don't want to watch TV, you could spend the rest of your day soaking in the pool or just lay on a float.
The bedrooms are spacious and inviting as well. All three bedrooms have wooden floors that give the rooms a sense of style with queen-sized beds and comfortable mattresses that make sleeping the perfect end to the day.
The pool room that is entered through the lanai may be considered as a forth bedroom. This room is small, yet cozy, and has a spiral staircase that leads to a small loft with a twin bed (this room shares a bathroom with the lanai).

At our home, we have two kayaks. We usually use them while the sun is rising as a good warm up for the day or when the sun is setting as a good end to the day. There is no doubt that you will enjoy this activity as much as we do.
This vacation oasis is located minutes from major stores and restaurants (Ruby Tuesday, Chili’s, Olive Garden, Applebee’s, and Outback to mention a few), a mall, and attractions such as a wildlife park, the Ford-Edison estates, and a water park amongst many others.

The neighborhood is serene and quiet and the people are very friendly. Beautiful beaches are nearby in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Captiva Island. In addition, fishing can be enjoyed whether in the back yard dock or the local piers.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Southeast
We live in Miami, approximately 2 1/2 hours from Cape Coral. A family member has his own vacation home that he allowed us to use from time to time. Going to Cape Coral allows us to getaway for a weekend and forget about our troubles. We decided to purchase our own vacation home and boy are we glad we did. We find our home relaxing and inviting. We hope that anyone who rents would feel the same.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home is located in an area that is very laid back. In the morning its very quiet. You can hear the birds chirping and the lake is so flat that it looks like a layer of glass.

We have three daughters, two in college, and one in elementary school. We enjoy coming to Cape Coral as a family. We always spend the weekends in the pool, fishing, and at the beaches.

This home is great for family and friends. There is lots of spacein the kitchen for everyone to help cook. My grandchildren loved to fish off the dock. All the conviences of home are here. We have rented this home for 2 years in arow and have enjoyed a great vacation. We would definatly recommend this home. The listing of this home was everything it claimed to be.have a great vacation. We enjoyed our stay at the home . The bedrooms 3 were large there was lots of room in the home ,very quiet beautiful lake front. The owner had extra items like ( lotion,wine, cooking items etc. ) in the home I would've had to go out and buy these items.

We enjoyed spending December 2009 at this spacious private home in a quiet neighborhood that provided a comfortable setting for morning and evening walks. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the inviting lanai overlooking the pool and small lake. Sunsets were spectacular! All the necessities for an enjoyable stay were provided. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating to our needs.
