Our lake home was built in 2005 and has a tremendous amount of room, both inside and out.
You can enjoy the views from either the upper or lower decks or light up the gas grill on the upper deck and throw on the steaks. If the weather cools off then you can enjoy the fire pit on the lower deck and lounge around on the built-in seating as you roast marshmallows and tell stories (true or not). : )
Being at the lake is all about the outside, but you'll enjoy this home whether you are in or out. This home is much more luxurious than our full-time home and isn't that the way you'd like your vacation home to be, as well?
The lake, dock, swim dock, gas grill, decks, fir pit, etc. provide all you'll need outside and the HD televisions, high-speed satellite Internet, granite countertops and massive kitchen will keep you comfortable and entertained inside.
If you have a large group that needs lots of room we have an optional bunk / conference room available. This room has three bunk beds and expands the total capacity to 16 people.
It can also be cleared out for use as a conference or training room and has a 50" HDTV for conference or entertainment use. If you will let us know what you need to make your stay all it can be we will do our best to accommodate you.

Why the Owner Chose Lewis Smith Lake
The main reason we bought this home was because of the beautiful, big-water views from both levels of the home and the large decks. You could sit all day and enjoy looking at the water, but if you crave activity then the crystal-clear waters await you for fishing, tubing, wake boarding and all the other activities you might enjoy on the water. Also, a good restaurant and marina are only 10 minutes away by boat. You can also be at your choice of several land-based restaurants within 25 minutes. Life is good at the lake.
The Unique Benefits at this Lake House
We really enjoy nature, but we also enjoy the modern comforts as well. Our lake home is equipped with HD Satellite Television and also wireless, high-speed Internet. There are 4 HD televisions in the home, as well. This home is ready for enjoyment, regardless of whether you are indoors or out.

Hello, we're Bruce and Diane Gordon and we would are pleased to welcome you to our lake home. We are the owners of RE/MAX Valley Pros in Moulton, AL and Bruce is also a Professor of Finance and Real Estate at the University of North Alabama. We love spending time at the lake, but with two boys, 6 and 4, we stay pretty busy with all kinds of activities and don't get to go as often as we'd like.
