Our three-story, family-owned condo sleeps six to seven comfortably. As a bonus, we provide six complimentary summer beach passes and four beach chairs! Year Purchased: 2007
Joe and Joan Roche are the condo owners. Joe grew up in the Atlantic City area, is one of seven kids, and his mom still lives in Absecon. The family has been looking to own a home on the Jersey Shore for several years, and finally found and bought this wonderful home in 2007!

The owners have family locally, and LOVE being near the ocean! This beautiful home is also just one block from Sunset Bay, so the sunset views are gorgeous, and there are great restaurants and clubs within walking distance.

Our Longport home is only one block from beautiful Sunset Bay and four blocks from the ocean, so renters get the benefits of both! It is a short walking distance from some of the area's top restaurants and bars, and is only 15 minutes from Atlantic City. Those who stay here can enjoy the area's top attractions nearby, and also have a quiet beautiful home to retreat to. We look forward to welcoming great renters in summer 2009!
