The Master bedroom boasts a King size bed with a full private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a twin-sized bunk beds best for children use. Tiled living room has queen size sleeper sofa. Fully furnished kitchen features side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice maker and a ultra quiet dishwasher, smooth top range and built in microwave. The kitchen is also completely equipped with coffee maker, toaster, blender and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or just a quick snack. The Bay-side features the resort's signature 700 ft Lazy River Lagoon, two additional swimming pools, hot tub, and huge fitness center are all directly on the premises and Florida's largest fishing pier is just within walking distance and available for your use. Bayside can be accessed by using the Skywalk (on West end of the 3rd floor) that goes over highway 98 for your safety and convenience. This resort has the best amenities on Okaloosa Island. Spring Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has to be one of the best units in the complex for a small family. It had a fantastic view of the Gulf. The living area felt bigger than the pictures portrayed. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean on arrival. We enjoyed the short walk down the beach to numerous restaurants and shops. Oasis has really good coffee that I wish I found earlier in the stay. We would certainly stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had no unpleasant surprises or events during our stay. The view fromOur 5th floor balcony was great (Unit G503) the condo was clean, but there were dirty dishes in the cabinets. The unit is pretty outdated with the living room furniture (couch & 2 chairs) being badly broken down. Very uncomfortable. The master bed was pretty much in the same condition. The mattress seemed to sink in the middle and had absolutely no support. We would definitely choose another unit next time.

The condo was centrally located which is what we wanted. The pools were amazing, but the beds were uncomfortable. And there is a lot of walking...from parking garage to the unit, back to elevators then back the opposite direction to go to the beach. Just use the carts, have comfortable shoes.
