Fantastic position, only 100m walk to Broadwater esplanade (Marine Parade) where you can walk/ bike along the esplanade to restaurants, bars or playgrounds for the kids.

Broadwater beach just 200m away, along with playground equipment to keep the kids entertained.

10-15 minute walk along the esplanade and you reach the enclosed swimming lagoon that is very popular with families. From here you can also hire a jet ski and cruise around the Broadwater or go parasailing and eat lunch at the famous fish & chip takeaway & seafood store "Charis". Fish & Chips not your thing? Then pack a picnic and make use of the BBQ facilities on the esplanade or for those wanting to completely relax - try some of the local cafe's and let someone else do all the work for you! We have even arranged the downstairs café/restaurant to deliver breakfast or dinner to you in the apartment, so just give them a call and relax.


Only 15minute ride, with buses at the front door, to Dreamworld/ Movieworld/ Wet n Wild / Seaworld. 5 minutes to Harbourtown shopping centre for those chasing some bargains or wanting to catch a movie. 3km to Southport for more shopping adventures at Australia Fair or 10 minute to Main Beach for more café’s, restaurants and Marina Mirage shopping centre, your in the best position for it all.

Love to hit the little white ball around, then bring your clubs and in 10 minutes your on world class golf courses at Sanctuary Cove or Hope Island.

Year Purchased: 2008

My name is Jay and I love to travel, i found this site in 2008 and used it for our honeymoon so when we returned from Europe I decided to list our fab Apartment in Australia's Gold Coast.

Why the Owner Chose Surfers Paradise

The location is off the main part of Surfers Paradise and is therefore very quiet and great for families. It is close to everything and has a Cafe down stairs with other businesses in the complex like massage, hairdresser, beauty therapist ect. It has the beach over the road and a boat ramp just in the next street. The apartment has 2 car parks and can be used for a boat and car storage during your stay.

The Unique Benefits of this Apartment

We love the people in the complex as well as the location it is simply the best spot on the coast as you are away from the nightly noise but can have a fantastic nightlife if you want it.

    • Thankyou Thankyou, my husband and I stayed in your appartment at easter and enjoyed it so much. The cafe down stairs was a welcome find and made last minute dining very easy. The appartment is so big and comfortable you could just stay in it all day. Again thank you Jay for your hospitality we will be back for sure.
