“Sur la Mer” is brand new to the rental market and has just been renovated and redecorated. This home is 2500 square feet and located “beach front" at the end of Sandy Shores Court in a private gated community between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on Scenic 30A. It is surrounded on all sides by green lots and has a beautiful panoramic gulf view from all rooms.
The ground floor has a luxurious master bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom. Sliding glass doors open onto an exterior back deck with comfortable lounge chairs. There are also two additional guest bedrooms with queen beds and a connecting large bathroom. One of the guest rooms has built-in youth bunk beds. There are HD Plasma TVs in each bedroom and high quality bedding.
The second floor has an open floor-plan with a large living area, a kitchen, dining area, and powder room. The living area has three sofas and chairs that can seat as many as 10. There is an entertainment center complete with large HD Plasma TV connected to a surround sound stereo system (Bose speakers).
The bright and airy kitchen opens to the dining room that seats 10. There are wall to wall windows and sliding glass doors that open onto a veranda with seating that overlooks the gulf. The veranda also has a gas grill and outdoor audio system.
The third floor is a loft with a queen sofa sleeper and a sitting area. It has vaulted ceilings with windows overlooking the beach dunes and sparkling gulf waters.
There is ample parking space.
Walk out the back door and you are a 30 second walk to the beach!

Fantastic gulf front home! Home worked very well for my entire family and was extremely welcoming. The Taylors go above and beyond to make you feel home. The home was exactly as described and very clean and well kept. We would absolutely recommend this rental to everyone and anyone. We have been to the region multiple times and this is the best rental so far. Thank you, again! We will definitely be back!!Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car.

We would highly recommend this vacation property! Everything was SO clean, fresh, comfortable, and much attention has been given to details to make the stay enjoyable and convenient! This home was very well equiped to cook family meals, beautifully decorated, child friendly, and easy access to the beach! We watched pods of dolphins 2 mornings from the balcony! The private sitting area out above the beach was so nice as well. The location of this home is between 2 of the best locations on 30A in our opinion (Rosemary and Alys Beaches)The beach was not overcrowded. About a 3-4 mile drive to Publix & WinnDixie (grocery & pharmacy stores) We just cannot say enough good/positive things about 'Sur La Mer'! This will be a vacation we will not ever forget!
