Only a 1/2 mile walk to the new SHARC aquatic center! With this home, you will receive 8 unlimited swim and tennis passes. These passes are good at both the new SHARC Aquatic center as well as the North pool and tennis courts.
This home features 1900 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It sleeps 8 people comfortably (10 max). The master and 2nd bedroom each have king beds. The 3rd bedroom has 3 twins and a full. There are two TV's, 2 DVD's, 1 VCR, stereo with a CD player and wireless internet. The large deck houses a barbeque and hot tub and backs to a large common area for added privacy. In addition there are 10 bicycles available.
As seen in the pictures, this home backs to a large common area for added privacy. It is not near a busy road. The new aquatic center is only a 1/2 mile from the home. Fort Rock Park is located 3 blocks along the bike path from the house. This is a wonderful benefit for families with children.

What we loved about this house is that it was comfortable and clean. The location was fantastic (set back in a cul-de-sac) and right next to the biking trail. We very much enjoyed having access to the SHARC facility and the bikes were great... something for everyone! The owner was wonderful to work with and responded promptly with any questions I had. What a great deal on a fabulous house.. thanks for sharing!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband & I invited my mother,sister, son & daughter-in-law to join us for a Labor weekend getaway. We rented this wonderful, well maintained home & enjoyed 3 nights there. The layout of the house made it very comfortable for all of us along with the great location in Sunriver, The kitchen was well stocked with dishware, cookware etc. We didn't use the bikes offered there but noticed there was plenty to go around. The owner was very easy to work with...we were 1st time users of any vrbo homes offered. We enjoyed the Village bar & Grill, Goody's and sightseeing around the mall area. Would I rent this home again...in a heartbeat!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Non-Peak/Non-Holliday three night stay is $411.95 (this includes the 3rd night free). Peak (July-Sept 2nd) 7 night stay total is $1342.85 (this includes the 7th night free). These rates include stay discount, cleaning and tax.
Typically require half now and the remaining balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
3rd night free during non-peak and non-holiday weekends. 7th night free July 1st through September 2nd. $85 Cleaning fee and 7% tax.

About the owner: Personal photo not available. My favorite place to spend time is in my Sunriver home. I have never felt more a peace in a place in my life.
Why the Owner Chose Fort Rock Park:
The house is located in a private area of Sunriver. It is not near a busy road which allows me to relax and enjoy my stay. I have been visiting Sunriver since I was a child and feel it is one of the best places on earth.
