Pets will be considered and an additional deposit will be required. Some owners insurance policies will not allow certain dog breeds. Tenants are responsible for their own personal property insurance. Personal liability insurance is required for all horses. Deposits may be up to (2) months rent if unfurnished and up to (3) months rent if furnished depending on circumstances.
