This delightful, one bedroom London apartment rental is located in the heart of prestigous Kensington in central London. It is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in London and a fantastic location for your stay in London.

You are a short walk to major museums, to Kensington Palace where Princess Diana lived,the new Princess Diana Memorial Playground and Fountain, Speakers Corner in Hyde Park, Harrods, Knightsbridge, and the trendy shops of Brompton Cross and Fulham Road.
You are surrounded by cafes, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and stores. The tube is 6 blocks away with direct access to the Theatre District, St. Paul's, Tower Bridge, King's Road, Westminster Palace, the River, Knightsbridge, and most areas of central London. This is a very safe neighborhood, home to several well-known actors, Lords and Ladies and the American Minister.
Our apartment rental in central London is located on a beautiful, quiet street and our guests can't believe they are in central London. Enter the apartment to find a sunny living room which looks onto the front garden from two large windows. It is decorated in pale creams and is is very comfortable and welcoming.
There is a new high-quality sofabed, armchairs, long bistro table to seat four, fireplace (decorative) with antique mirror above it, TV, DVD, stereo, etc., for eating and relaxing in after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. Additional there is an antique writing table between the two windows, with a fast computer line, ideal for working on your computer.
Walk thru to the fully-equipped kitchen which has just been remodelled. It is compact and well-designed with every appliance and convenience you might need. The bathroom is next on your right, tiled in white with power shower in the full-size bathtub. At the end of the corridor is the large bedroom which is decorated in sunny yellows, with two twin beds which are combined to make a large dual king. There is loads of storage, good lighting, plus washer and dryer. An empire-style daybed sits at the end of the bed for reading or relaxation during your stay. An extra sleepig option is the thick folding mattress in the bedroom closet so one child can sleep on the sofa bed and the other one on the mattress.
The added bonus is the set of french doors in the bedroom, which lead directly onto the private Italian-style patio at the back; guests can sit out and enjoy being in London during warm weather. 'We can't say enough about how wonderful your apartment is. Honestly, we really felt more like we were guests in a beautiful home than just renting an apartment. Our children settled in right away.The quiet, lovely neighborhood was just ideal and very centrally located. We had searched the web and checked out a large number of locations before choosing yours. Even with the excellent photos on your web site we were not prepared for how "LondonPerfect " your apartment would be. I especially liked being able to go out on the beautiful patio. It was my little oasis after a long day of sightseeing.As you know ,we stayed in another apartment for the second leg of our trip and although the unit was comfortable,it just couldn't compare.
The furnishings were nice but simple and the unit looked more like the traditional short- stay apartments that you find on the web. You spoiled us and now nothing else will do!

What can say about your wonderful apartment? It truly is perfect in every way - comfort, cleanliness, great neighborhood, everything!
Our week in July of 2003 (the heat wave week!) was ideal. The 4 of us, my husband and I and two teenagers (17 and 15) were very comfortable and had plenty of room. It looked exactly like the pictures you have on the internet. There was plenty of room in the apartment for all of us. The kitchen had every modern convenience.
There was a DVD player and all the amenities. We felt very safe and comfortable. Since it was the hottest week, we used the outdoor patio as well, which was just lovely. The neighborhood is fantastic. We loved the shops and restaurants, especially Da Mario (we ate there three times). We traveled on and off the underground constantly throughout our travels in the city.
Your apartment is the perfect location from the train station to everywhere in the city. Also, we walked to High Street as well - Sticky Fingers restaurant is a must! We could not have asked for a better place to stay in such a great city. We will definitely be back!! I just loved London.
Thanks again for all your help with our accommodations and all the information on what to do and where to go. It was great. The communication and payment processes were simple and fast. No problems at all with any transactions.

Why would anyone stay at another apartment in London when you can stay here! My wife and I felt like Londoners taking day trips from our own home. And our home was delightful. It was roomy, spotlessly clean, well-decorated with comfortable furniture and had all we could ask for, including a secluded garden. We were in a beautiful part of London and could get anywhere we wished by walking or heading to the nearby tube station. Thank you so much. We're coming back, for sure.
