This two-story white wooden home with black shutters is perched high with a magnificent, panoramic view of the East Bay of Traverse City. You have 140 feet of your own private beach. The private beach is located just West of the historic old cherry road.
There is a three level cedar deck built on the beach to sit and enjoy the views.At night, make a bonfire in a specially built pit on the beach.The beach includes a fun,two person canoe to paddle around in the bay. It has a beautiful private backyard with a Master Garden and bluff landscaping to enjoy.
There is an outdoor, private shower (hot and cold water) to bath with nature and the stars. A second wooden deck is built in the backyard to sit on and relax after your sauna or jacuzzi. The sauna is a state of the art, converted 1945 bomb shelter in the bluff. The jacuzzi is in a private gazebo with views of the lake.
There is a private wine cellar in the bluff with a perfect 52 degree temperature all year round. The home is decorated professionally with antiques and original art pieces. The linens and beds are superior and the kitchen is over stocked with cooking utensils. There is a two car garage to store your bikes. Inside the garage, there is a "beach buggy", hot dog scewers, and cooler for your use.
