We charge $80 mandatory cleaning fee and is due upon check out.
We do our best to avoid charges on your credit card for damages since if you drop a glass or lose a spoon you wont be charged , however we request you to wash towels and to leave us the cleaning fee so the next guest could receive the property as clean as you receive it.
Every guest is treated as a friend with respect and we expect the same from you since we are letting you stay in our home with just a $500 security deposit.We reserve our right to charge in your credit card if any item is missing.Checking in to our home means that you understand all our terms and conditions.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Cancellation of a booking at any time will result in forfeiture of deposits and payments made. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
14 – 23 days prior to arrival 50% of rental amount is charged
3 – 14 days prior to arrival 75% of rental amount is charged
0 – 3 days or less prior to arrival 100% of rental amount is charged
AMENDMENTS TO BOOKINGS
No charge unless it is a change of date and made within 4 weeks of arrival then owner reserves the right to treat it as a cancellation and re-booking. All amendments must be in writing.
