The studio is on the terraced garden level in the rear of a 1920s 3-story house on the true crest of Nob Hill. The private outdoor sun deck has views of beautiful Nob Hill buildings and distant Pacific Heights. Best location for seeing San Francisco without a car, and a great hotel alternative when vacationing or attending conventions. Walk to many attractions/meeting sites. Excellent nearby public transportation; cable car 1/2 block away, buses and taxis 1 block, fine markets, restaurants, dry cleaners and laundry within 1-2 blocks. Bus to Moscone Center is 1 block away. Located on Priest Street in the very quiet mid-block area bordered by Washington, Jones, Clay, and Leavenworth streets. Priest Street is a pedestrian lane which was featured in Margot Patterson Doss' book, San Francisco at Your Feet. It has four flights of stairs with just five houses at the top. Rent is $900 per week. Minimum rent is $650 for 4 nights or less.
For stays longer than one week, partial week stay is $130/night.
ADDITIONALLY, 75 cleaning fee per week or part + $200 Security Deposit.
ONLY a signed/faxed contract gets a Holding Period 1 to 5 days to pay.
First payment in Holding Period is 100% if booking <30 days before arrival
Otherwise, it is 50% and the rest is due 30 days before arrival.
