This new lake front cedar log home is perfect for any season. The chalet has 160 ft of water frontage. The lake is privately stocked with brook trout making it an ideal spot to fish. Take our canoe out for a fishing or sightseeing expedition. Swim from our private beach or canoe to a sandy shared beach at the end of the lake. Fall asleep to the sound of the brook running right outside your window.
This is the perfect family vacation! The lake has a shallow entry and does not allow motor boats. Kids will love looking in the brook for crayfish and brook trout. They'll also find salamanders, newts and garter snakes in the woods! Of course the lake is loaded with: brook trout, perch, rock bass and mud puppies.
We are 10 miles from Mount Snow. Skiing and snowboarding typically start in November and run through April. Mount Snow has weekend activities year round. Ice skating on the lake typically runs January through March.
We are 7 miles from Haystack golf course and 9 miles from Mount Snow golf course. Typical golf season runs from May through October. White water rafting and horse back riding are also short drives. Contact information for all activities is at the chalet.
