Welcome to Villa d'Acquario located in Point Pirouette, St. Maarten's most exclusive gated community adjacent to the Mullet Bay Golf Course. This waterfront villa has four large bedrooms with five full bathrooms and can comfortably sleep eight people. An entertainment center and high-speed internet connection are located in the spacious living room which adjoins a casually elegant dining room.
The villa was recently renovated and boasts a 4,000 square foot terracotta deck, an in-ground gunite swimming pool and a large private dock which can accommodate up to a 60 foot boat. The villa is conveniently located on the Dutch side of beautiful Simpson Bay lagoon and is an ideal location to explore St. Maarten by land or sea. There are many terrific restaurants, several casinos, great shopping, nightclubs and beautiful beaches close by. St. Maarten is referred to as The Friendly Island so come and see for yourself!

We had a great time and I'm sure like eveyone did not want to come back! The time went by too Quick. The house was beautiful and really enjoyed staying there. Zerah was great too. We certainly look forward to staying there again. ImadRecommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great time. The villa was beautiful and Zerah was Z-Best! Everything was nearby and my kids had a ball. House is ideal for family or four couples.It was clean and well maintained and I would definitely recommend it to friends. Can't wait to go back. Kids went water-skiing and scuba diving. The restaurants were great and the weather was perfect. St. Maarten is an ideal vacation spot for familes with kids.The MeyersRecommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We just returned from the best vacation of our life. The villa is spectacular and Zerah made us feel right at home. The kids took a swim every morning and we enjoyed cocktails in the afternoon on the spacious deck. Hope to return soon. Just returned from a wonderful stay with friends at the villa. The kids learned how to water-ski in the lagoon behind the house and we rented a boat to explore the island as well as Anguilla. Stayed at the villa with my girlfriends and we had a great time. Everthing is close by including great restaurants and beaches. I stayed in this villa with my husband and two other couples and had a great time. Zerah, the housekeeper is wonderful and adds to the vacation experience. Everything is close by and the villa is in excellent condition. It is an ideal place to stay for 4 couples or two families of four. About the owner: Family owned since 1990, Villa d'Acquario is located in Point Pirouette, a peninsula on the Simpson Bay Lagoon overlooking the Mullet Bay Golf Course. Our family lives in Manhasset, New York.

It boasts all of the best attributes of a Caribbean island, with 37 public beaches, beautiful views and lovely year round weather. The island is half Dutch and half French which adds to its charm. If you enjoy good food, St. Maarten's offers the best of the Caribbean with many outstanding restaurants nearby along with several casinos and great shopping. Waterskiing, scuba diving and jet ski rentals nearby. Ideal for family vacations with large family, two families, four couples or special ocasions.
