This waterfront villa has four large bedrooms with five full bathrooms and can comfortably sleep eight people. An entertainment center and high-speed internet connection are located in the spacious living room which adjoins a casually elegant dining room.
The villa was recently renovated and boasts a 4,000 square foot terracotta deck, an in-ground gunite swimming pool and a large private dock which can accommodate up to a 60 foot boat. The villa is conveniently located on the Dutch side of beautiful Simpson Bay lagoon and is an ideal location to explore St. Maarten by land or sea. There are many terrific restaurants, several casinos, great shopping, nightclubs and beautiful beaches close by. St. Maarten is referred to as The Friendly Island so come and see for yourself!

After vacationing at many Caribbean Islands, we chose St. Maarten because it is truly a unique place to visit. It boasts all of the best attributes of a Caribbean island, with 37 public beaches, beautiful views and lovely year round weather. The island is half Dutch and half French which adds to its charm. If you enjoy good food, St. Maarten's offers the best of the Caribbean with many outstanding restaurants nearby along with several casinos and great shopping.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
There is something special about having a home on the water. We enjoy renting a boat and travelling around the island by boat or visiting the nearby islands of Anguilla and St. Barth's. The villa offers privacy and security and its proximity to so many wonderful places makes it a great to stay. You have the freedom to stay home and enjoy the sun and pool or visit one of the many beautiful beaches nearby.

Family owned since 1990, Villa d'Acquario is located in Point Pirouette, a peninsula on the Simpson Bay Lagoon overlooking the Mullet Bay Golf Course. Our family lives in Manhasset, New York and my parents enjoyed visiting St. Maarten with their children and grandchildren. Now our families stay at the villa with friends and family.

We just returned from the best vacation of our life. The villa is spectacular and Zerah made us feel right at home. The kids took a swim every morning and we enjoyed cocktails in the afternoon on the spacious deck. Hope to return soon. The Mingino's

Just returned from a wonderful stay with friends at the villa. The kids learned how to water-ski in the lagoon behind the house and we rented a boat to explore the island as well as Anguilla. As always, you can't beat the weather. The Aiello's

Stayed at the villa with my girlfriends and we had a great time. Everthing is close by including great restaurants and beaches. The best time of the day was returning to the villa after 5pm and having cocktails on the deck. We will return soon.

I stayed in this villa with my husband and two other couples and had a great time. Zerah, the housekeeper is wonderful and adds to the vacation experience. Everything is close by and the villa is in excellent condition. It is an ideal place to stay for 4 couples or two families of four. Great place to learn how to waterski and the weather is always nice. Will rent again.
