Dukes Quarters provides the accommodations of a “home away from home.” It’s perfect for a quick getaway or a much needed family vacation. Completely renovated in 2008, this beautiful retreat offers plenty of space for the whole family with its open floor plan, huge Great Room, and decks galore!!
Bedroom 1, located on the first floor offers a queen bed and has a private bath and walk-in closet complete with stack washer and dryer. Bedroom 2, upstairs, offers two twin beds and a twin futon (convertible) bed. This room also has two large closets and a private 8'x10' deck. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed and a twin futon (convertible) bed and also has a private deck (above the main deck) that offers spectacular sunset views. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a generously sized bath and a full size washer and dryer, all located on the second floor. The den is located just off the foyer through a set of French doors. Here you'll find a sofa that converts into a double bed. The TV in this room makes it a great place for the kids to play their video games. Another full bath, located just off the foyer, offers couch guests a place to clean up too. The fully stocked kitchen offers counter seating for on-the-go meals and the dining table includes seating for 6. The Great Room provides ample space for large gatherings and opens, through two
sliding doors, to the huge deck.
Outside you'll enjoy the beautiful landscaping as you watch all the action from the corner lot. Be sure to bring all your toys, too, as there will be plenty of secure storage for them in the 8'x10' shed.
The home is located in the much sought after community of Caine Woods, six blocks from the beach, in north Ocean City, MD. Its quiet neighborhood location, steps from the Assawoman Bay, offers endless possibilities of fun and the sun. This is a beautiful house to stay at. It is in a gorgeous neighborhood by the bay and every conceivable conveinence is provided for from the local menus to the beach chairs. We all enjoyed the accomidations and hopefully will be staying here again next year.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

Loved this house! Stayed with 7 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room. House is beautiful and was well stocked. Nice neighboorhood with nearby park for the kids. A few blocks from the beach it was perfect. Great time! Cant wait to book for next year!!

What a wonderful "home away from home"! As a family of 7, we had more than enough room in this spaciuos home! The house is stocked with many items you would expect to find in your own home - frying pans, wine glasses, plently of cooking utensils, etc. There was a nice basket of goodies waiting for us - with paper towels, toilet paper, starbucks coffee, dove soap and other items one may forget to bring along. It was such a nice gesture and made you feel like you were staying in the home of a family member! The shed is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, toys and an umbrella, so no need to drag all of that with you. There are a large selection of movies as well as several games - Outburst, Charades, etc. There is a large deck with two tables and plenty of chairs and a grill as well as two delightful balconies off of the two upstairs bedrooms. The house was very clean and the linens were exceptional. What a delightful experience in a wonderful home that I would recommend to anyone!

Renting two houses for my daughter's wedding, I was able to compare the two experiences. Keith and Tressa's home is beyond compare. As my wife said, "It is like staying at a friend's house." Kieth was perfect with his communications. The whole experience was delightful. The house was immaculate. The amenities abound: quality towels and linen (you pay exorbitant fees for inferior quality at other places), cleaning supplies (like dishwasher detergent), extra paper products (read toilet paper), spices (try getting those a some other rental), trash bags, fully stocked kitchen, pillows galore, movies, good wireless internet, large, good TV's with good cable, a lockable large shed for your bikes, two washer and dryers (with detergent) - the list just keeps going. The only downside is that it is a little far from the beach to make walking convenient, but there was plenty of parking at the end of 142nd and 146th streets or you can ride your bike. For that inconvenience you get a lovely, quite neighborhood and plenty of space, a more than reasonable trade-off. During our two week stay, we had six families and twenty-one people rotate through the house (12 max sleeping at one time). Everyone had great comments about the house, and we never lacked for space or comfort. Keith even left a bottle of champagne in the refrigerator for us! Fine people, excellent house. In summary: The next time I stay in Ocean City, Keith and Tressa will be the first people I call.
