A new biking/walking path along Old Highway 98 connects to Seascape.
Seascape has private parking if you prefer to drive a short distance to the beach.
Your two bedroom, two bath Unit is located on the 2nd floor (one of four units in the building). The master bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstands, TV, large chest, private bath with large closets.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, chest and large closet with bath across the hall. All bed and bath linens are provided.
A washer and dryer is available in the breezeway outside the condo.
The kitchen has a full size refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and is equipped with all the items your need for a full service kitchen.
The dinning area is adjacent with seating for six at the table.
The living room has a full size sofa (converts to bed), love seat, two lounge chairs, amoire with TV. Double sliding doors in living room and dining area opening to deck.
The swimming pool, tennis court and plenty of evergreens, azaleas, pines and large grassy area with BBQ grill is just a matter of walking out of the building.

It offered all the amenities we wanted and yet we felt total privacy. The pool and tennis court is just a few yards from the unit, a short walk or drive to Seascape's privately owned 2000 feet of sugar white beach. This location is extremely family oriented.
