The beach view is incorrect. There are docks all along both views of Crystal Lake. As a result, no way to walk the beach. The bathroom and one of the bedrooms are not full ceiling height and anyone tall will run into the ceiling. The running water in the cottage smells of sulphur and has a rust color to it. The master bedroom windows have screens that do not fit and one of the windows will not stay open.

Owner response: Please feel free to contact me regarding this post. This cottage is a great little vacation place. I did have pictures posted of the beach that were taken when we purchased the cottage in the fall. I had never considered the fact it did not show docks. Most persons accustomed to Michigan inland lakes would not expect to "walk the beach" unhampered by beach front owner docks. This property is no exception. The cielings are regulation height, but do have a slant on the outside walls of two of the bedrooms. We now have a whole house water filter and gas release valve in place and have had no recent problems with water odor. This cottage is neat, clean and kept in top condition. Attention is given to details. Please contact us for any questions you may have.
