Our privately owned condo offers 1700 Square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths located in the South Tower. The condo is on the 14th floor offering breath-taking views of Crescent Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. When entering and facing the double wide sliding glass doors, all you see is the Ocean and you feel like you are in the middle of it, surrounded by the blue water. The huge 28' balcony offers access from the master bedroom and living room.
Table and chairs on the balcony allow you to enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean, pools, and lazy river while having a lazy breakfast or enjoyable lunch, listening to the roar of the ocean waves and feeling the cool Ocean breeze. Crescent Shores has a 110 foot ocean front pool, a 200 foot lazy river, two oversized hot tubs, kiddie pool, heated indoor pool and an on-site fitness center.
The kitchen has solid granite countertops, and all wood cabinets. There are beautiful ceramic tile floors throughout the foyer, kitchen, all bathrooms, dining room and living room with plush carpeting in all 3 bedrooms. The very well-equipped kitchen is complete with smooth-top range, microwave, dishwasher, and pantry and includes all cooking utensils needed to create a large family meal.
Wireless high speed internet is provided free of charge.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and large walk-in closet. The spacious adjacent bathroom has an over-sized shower, marble whirlpool tub, and double sinks. Enjoy a spectacular view of the ocean, right from your bed! Wake up to the sound of the waves washing in on the shore.
The very large second and third bedrooms have two queen-size beds in each. These are the largest 2nd and 3rd bedrooms available on Crescent Beach.
There is a storage closet just off the front door to store your beach toys and chairs. Also during high season, beach chairs and beach umbrellas are available for daily/weekly rental. Parasailing and other water sports are offered directly in front of the Crescent Shores facility.
Covered parking under the building and a parking garage across the street are offered with loading and unloading zones and luggage carts provided for easy move in and out. (Sorry-no RV's, motorcycles, boats or trailers permitted)
Rental is weekly, Saturday to Saturday during May through August. Feel free to call us or contact us via the internet or phone. Sorry, but for everyone's comfort, our condominium is NO SMOKING, NO PETS. Crescent Shores is located three miles north of Restaurant Row, two miles north of Barefoot Landing, and close to many area attractions.
