This oceanfront 6BR/ 6 Full BA, 2-Half BA home, with pool and elevator, is an exciting vacation home. Each of the three floors takes maximum advantage of the spectacular oceanfront view. Walk out your door onto the deck and along your private boardwalk to find the beach a few steps away. Even beach chairs are provided for you.
This is a great vacation home as it is spacious, comfortably decorated and offers terrific bedding flexibility sleeping 14 plus. The great room is indeed great as it boasts a 20-foot high ceiling over the living area that includes two levels of windows, filling the home with the bright morning sun. The living area has two couches and chairs, and large built-in bookshelves holding a TV, VCR and DVD. This living area faces the ocean and deck leading to the pool.
The kitchen has been beautifully crafted with granite countertops and cabinetry. The island provides added seating with four breakfast bar stools. The dining area, next to a wall of windows, provides seating for ten, oceanfront.
There is a first floor master bedroom has a king-size bed, armoire with a TV/DVD player and large master bath with a spa tub and two sinks. There is also a walk-in closet and view of the ocean from the bed. Additionally, there is a powder room and separate laundry room.
On the second floor, facing the ocean is the master bedroom with king-size bed, sitting area, TV & DVD player, glass doors leading out to a private patio and a master bath with large spa tub, shower and sinks. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, DVD, study desk w/ computer, built-in shelves and private bath. The fourth bedroom has twin beds and private bath. This bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a view of the ocean. A second stacked washer and dryer are also on this floor.
The third floor offers the fifth bedroom with two double beds and private bath. The sixth bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bath. For your added pleasure, there is a large bonus room and balcony overlooking the ocean, affording incredible views up and down the coast. Here you'll find additional couches, chairs, fireplace, TV, game table, mini-refrigerator, microwave and a second powder room.
Back to the ground floor, you find a 4-hole putting green. Relax outside by the pool, cook on the gas grill and listen to the ocean. Enjoy the company you are within the deck and lounge chairs around the pool (18' x 10'), as you deserve your time in the sun.
