Large and uncluttered. This apt is a walk up and gets plenty of sunlight. There are views from both the front and rear of the building. New Flatscreen TV w/CD-DVD, Cable, Phone & Internet access, Leather Convertable Couch,Private Bedroom with exposed brick deco Fireplace, Office area, Full eat in kitchen with all utensils and plenty of counter space to cook with if you desire, Hardwood flooring throughout, Private bathroom, Large closet, New Mattress and bedframe with draws. Clean Linens and towels are provided. Delivery menus and attraction guides, Map of Manhattan all available within the apt. This apt is absolutely centrally located only minutes away from your vacation desires. I will meet and greet you upon your arrival to exchange keys and complete payment process and assist you with any inquirees you may have to fully enjoy your stay in New York City. I also reside within the building.

The Neighborhood has plenty of vibe, From Open Mike Nights, Karaoke, Happy Hours 2 for 1, Off Broadway shows,(Blue Man Group, Stomp) Comedy Clubs and more. Loads of diverse Restaurants to choose from serving Brunch, Lunch, Dinner, Tapas etc. To Go Menus for home deliveries provided. Near all Mass tranist F, L, V, B, D, N, R, trains, Crosstown, Updtown, Midtown buses.   • We highly recommend the apartment which exceeded our expectations in every way. Spacious, modern, groovy, clean, well equipped and in the perfect location. Located in the heart of East Village - a vibrant and eclectic area with many cafes and restaurants from all corners of the world. There’s a real buzz about the place. Landlord lives in the same block and is very helpful and down to earth. Great stay – 10/10.

  • I stayed in one of Loraine's lovely apartments for 3 weeks. The apartment was 'great value for money'. It was spacious, clean and fully-self contained. East Village is a great location to be in. It has an eclectic vibe and has some great restaurants and bars(have left some of my suggestions in the apartment). It is a short stroll to the subway and I felt very safe and very much part of the action. Loraine was gorgeous and could not have been more accomodating. It was my first time to NYC and it was great to have such a positive experience. Thanks Loraine and I hope to be back one day!!!

  • An excellent apartment and a wonderfully helpful owner, Loraine. Within walking distance of lots of lower Manhattan, and when your shoes wear out, come back to a comfortable place. I do hope to stay there again.

  • We had stayed here for 10 days and it was a comfortable experience. Loraine was extremely friendly and helpful in getting us situated and familiar with the surrounding areas. The apartment was extremely clean, spacious and nicely furnished with all of the comforts of home. The neighborhood is convenient to grocery shopping, laundry, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

  • He estado recientemente, junto a dos amigas, 3 semanas en ese apartamento, y ha sido una experiencia sencillamente genial. El apartamente esta completamente remodelado, y TODO nuevo, incluso con las etiquetas aun puestas. Esta esplendidamente ubicado, como explica su dueña, con restaurantes, bares, cafeterias, lavanderias, supermercados,..., muy cerca. Si decido volver, no me lo pienso 2 veces!!   • Just came back from a lovely extended weekend and I couldn't have made better decision on where to stay. IT WAS AWESOME !! Every night I had a different adventure just step away from the apartment. I wish I had more time to take in more sites and attractions. So much to do and see in the area... just didn't have the time. I look forward to coming back and staying here again.

  • My husband and I stayed at one of these newly renovated apts. during a recent visit to NYC. We were so plaesantly surprised by the cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities provided by the owner. The apt. suited our vacation needs perfectly. So much to do and see within walking distance! The food choices are too numerous to mention, but all were delicious!
