Drive up to this freshly constructed old fashioned country home, complete with working 150 year old restored windmill and wraparound porch. The house boasts of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There are hardwood floors, indoor gas fireplace, dish TV and indoor/outdoor dining area. Separate side porch comes complete with outdoor furniture and gas grill for entertaining.
The cozy master bedroom with private bath opens out to private deck complete with old fashioned redwood hot tub and pump. Relax and soak while enjoying a complementary bottle of "house" wine produced from our organic vineyard.
Go on a walk around the Orchard house and you will encounter the built in outdoor gas fire pit with cushioned benches. Perfect for star-gazing on our crystal clear evenings while enjoying a roaring fire.
Continue down the path and discover the charming boathouse (complete w/bathroom and showers, and a sailboat, rowboat, life vests, etc). And, you can't have a boat house without having a private lake. The lake is perfect for cooling off on a hot day, or rowing around while listening to the native birds. There is a private beach area, boat dock, picnic area and separate dining tables & gas BBQ grill for lakefront gatherings.
This is perfect for outdoor camping with the kids or just a romantic lakefront dinner for two.
There is ample parking on the property as well as two covered parking spaces.
