Modern Beach house near the beautiful Channel Islands harbor in Oxnard California. Silver Strand beach is 2 blocks away. It is one of the surfing Mecca's of California. Beach life here is slow and easy, casual and friendly. The house was built four years ago so everything is fresh. The kitchen is great with a Wolf range and other high end appliances. granite counter tops and beautiful rustic maple wood flooring. High definition 42 inch plasma screen television in living room with direct TV and all the movie channels and many sports and other channels. Master bedroom also has High Definition TV with a King size bed and master bath with shower and Jaccuzi tub. There is a bedroom off the kitchen on the second level that has a full size bed, which can sleep two. The master bedroom is on the third level, and there is another bedroom as well with a twin bed (can add a second one). Lots of windows and bathrooms for all bedrooms. Parking is in the front drive way. The amenities surpass a four star hotel.
For private vacation one can really enjoy this fabulous home. Peace!
