Elegant and stylish large house on a small unpaved road that is a 15 minute walk to the famous whale watching beach of La Cachora, and also a 15 minute walk through the Palm Groves to the small and enchanting town of Todos Santos, where many fabulous and renowned restaurants are located
The house has a large living room and outside terraces, perfect for entertaining and living the laid back Todos Santeno life. Great for groups of friends, as there are many private terraces leading off of bedrooms also. All the bedrooms have A/C and fans, and the main living areas has fans and wonderful cross ventilation.
This property is in a rural setting just on the edge of town with magnificent views across the palm groves to the Mission church of the town and the stunning Sierra Laguna mountains in one direction and views of the Pacific in the other direction. Horses and cows sometimes wander along the road with bells ringing.
The house is within the compound of the famed boutique hotel "Hotelito" and renters of the house are allowed use of the saltwater pool and gated garden of the Hotelito.Also the Mario's Bar of the Hotelito and Sushi chef.

Why the Owner Chose Todos Santos
The incredible natural beauty. The kindness and sweetness of the local people, and how safe and secure I feel in this little enchanting town, also some great restaurants!! Art festivals and activities take place all year including the renowned Latin American Film Festival. I also love to see the whales so close to shore, just a short walk from the house.

Privacy, style and comfort. The location next to the renowned and well reviewed Hotelito means it is just a 1 minute stroll to the pool of the Hotel, where Yoga classes are held in the Hotelito grounds and Mario's bar for delicious cocktails and Sushi.

I worked for over 20 years as an Interior designer in Europe and later the U.S. The house has many of the modern European designer pieces that I collected over the years.I love the weather here after London, and love to ride along the almost empty beach close to the house.
