Welcome to a bright, sunny, comfy home in the friendly village of Creemore, a village with Heart! Cute as a button, clean and filled with comfort! Have your coffee and morning paper on the front porch, enjoy your brunch on the bistro-style patio, have a BBQ on the back porch!
A 2 minute walk to quaint shops, bakeries, galleries, groceries... leave your car at home! This is a child-friendly environment - there is a brand new playground just down the street; my backyard is HUGE, with lots of green grass, space for running and relaxing. Waterwalk in the Mad River at the back of the property, then warm up with a bonfire in the evening!
The yard is FILLED with beautiful perennials; various wildlife in the area. This truly is a very relaxing place to be. No sirens!
A quick 20 minute drive will take you to Wasaga Beach, exploring the shops of Collingwood, or gravity-assisted biking at Blue Mountain... also near to various Conservation Areas and rivers....
