Located on a hillside high in Dillon Beach, Villa Vista offers unobstructed views of the Pacific and Bodega Bay! This a wonderful beach house for medium sized gatherings! This tri-level house has something for everyone in your group...quiet, cozy sitting areas, both a living room and downstairs family room (with gas/log fireplace), a quiet loft area with large skylight, an outside deck space and an enclosed sunroom... Dillon Beach is within a 10 minute walk or a 1 minute drive of Villa Vista! The house is bright, cheerful and spacious with a nice floor plan. Entry level: 1 full bathroom, 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining areas. Downstairs: family room, enclosed sunroom and outside deck. Upstairs: another bedroom, another full bath and a loft area. 2 king beds, 2 pull outs, 1 trundle bed.
