We fell in love with Garden City because it was clean, good restaurants within walking distance and was away from the crowds and traffic of downtown Myrtle Beach. Also, it is a family oriented community.

Garden City is 20 minutes to Myrtle Beach. You can venture out and do your shopping, enjoy all the restaurants, golf courses or whatever is your pleasure that Myrtle Beach has to offer and come back to a more relaxed beach.We are the next beach over to Murrells Inlet, a 10 minute drive.Murrells Inlet is known for their outstanding restaurants.If you have someone who is hard to please when it comes to food, this is your ace in the hole. From the best hamburgers, oven brick pizzas to outstanding seafood and area chefs specialties. Ask about the Marsh Walk while your there. It's worth the time to take the walk at Murrells Inlet.Don't want to move the car. I get asked more as to how far we are from the pier. We are less than a half a mile walking distance for all your favorite local bands and local singing talents. They are always looking for more talent, so join in the fun at the Garden City Pier. The kids will enjoy the Garden City Pavilion and Martin Amusements.This is a family beach with the whole family in mind weather you are 8 or 80. You can walk to about any kind of food choice. We even have a cafe downstairs that makes a great pizza, burger or come down for breakfast or a cup of coffee. There are several places to dine within walking distance. So save your gas and take advantage of what Garden City has to offer. We love Garden City and hope you will, too.

My husband and myself are native Carolina people. We grew up going to the SC beaches. It was a lifestyle to head to the beach during those summer days to enjoy a day of sun and fun. Even if you just had a day to cruise up and back to get to your day job. Back then you would have the mom and pop's type of lodging. I miss seeing some of the old landmarks, but know thing have to change. I do know that when we get a few free days, my place of choice is the condo. We furnished and decorated in a way that makes it feel like home. No short cuts from the mattress to the decor. We want to be comfortable and want your visit to be one that will make you want to return. Look forward to seeing you soon.

The condo was absolutely superb. The location, view and amenities couldn't have been nicer. Thank you for the restaurant recommendations. Conch Cafe and Gulfstream were great. Would also recommend Lees in Murrels inlet to others. Will be back.

My wife and I and grandkids stayed here in June 2011. We liked the Garden City Beach location, it was close enough to the Myrtle Beach attractions but away from the hustle and bustle and traffic.The building is right on the ocean and has an indoor and outdoor pool connected by a short lazy river.The on site cafe is great for breakfast and lunch and is reasonable. The condo is beautiful.I particularly liked the master bedroom suite.My wife liked the washer and dryer for wet bathing suits.Donna the rental agent was very helpful. I would like to come back here next year.

Listing was very accurate, photo descriptions reflect actual appearance, very clean and well maintained Property manager very helpful and friendly. Close to the pier and shops. Would recommend to anyone looking for a well decorated and maintained condo. The one issue while we were there was the outside pool deck was being renovated and therefore there was no access to it. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was a great way to start the day.

What a great upgrade from last year! We really enjoy staying in your condo, but it was fantastic with all the changes you made. I just loved the kitchen and the flooring. We had great weather and having a wonderful place to stay just made it even better. Hated to come home this year. We will surely try and rent your unit on future trips to the beach! We were the first guests to stay in the newly remodeled unit, and loved it! The accommodations were first class and the views are beautiful. We loved enjoying the July 4th fireworks from our balcony. We would definitely recommend the property, and plan to stay here again very soon!
