This lakefront, year-round cottage is located on semi-private Left Foot Lake. The lake is listed as 79 acres of water surface area and is the deepest lake in Marinette County at 65 feet.The lake has two parts separated by a navigable channel connecting same. It is spring-fed, has an inlet and outlet, and is a good fishing lake. The lake is known for panfish, northern pike, smallmouth and largemouth bass, and trout (splake). There are approximately 30 homes or cottages on the entire lake.
The Cottage has a private dock and swimming/wading area with a small beach area. The lake drops off quickly after about 125 feet of gradual slope and water clarity is exceptional. The cottage features a 12 foot x 20 foot, enclosed three season porch with an additional refrigerator for your beverages as well as a table and chairs and furniture. The cottage has a full basement and forced-air furnace. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has a full-size bed and one set of bunkbeds. There is a full bath with shower only. Kitchen has all utensils, gas cooking range, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, etc. You must furnish your own bed linens,blankets, pillows, towels, personal products, and food for your stay as well as dish towels and dishcloths. Cleaning supplies are there if needed. A new High Definition LCD TV has been added and there is a tower mounted TV antenna.
A paddleboat is available to use and a 14 foot aluminum boat with outboard or 18 foot pontoon boat with outboard can be rented for an additional charge. The Peshtigo River and its flowages are just a few miles away. There are many waterfalls and County Parks in Marinette County to visit as well. For winter enthusiasts, ice-fishing, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling are available. The public snowmobile trail is less than a half-mile away. No matter when you stay, you will leave with many fond memories and you will want to come back as some of our visitors do!

From $175/night (2-night minimum subject to availability)
Rentals from June 15 through September 1 normally require a minimum one-week stay.
14' Aluminum Boat with 15hp outboard is $50/day or $300/week extra.
18' Pontoon Boat with outboard is $125/day or $700/week extra.
$200 Deposit required within 7 days of phone reservation with
balance due upon occupancy.Rates are based on 4 persons.

Why the Owner Chose Crivitz
I started out going up north to the Crivitz area when I got out of high school 45 years ago and ironically I ended up back here 7 years ago. Marinette County and the Peshtigo River system and it's flowages are one of the finest areas of Wisconsin and it's location just 90 minutes from my home and the areas of Green Bay, Milwaukee, Madison and Chicago are a relatively short commute as there are freeways all the way but the last 5 miles of the trip up here. I own property in several locations in the state and When You Say Wisconsin, You've said It All !

The quiet and solitude of our lake is so refreshing, I just hate to go home! The wildlife and songbirds will leave you wondering...is there a better place than this ?

Thanks very much, Bill. We had a great week ! We had a couple of bonfires using your wood, so don't reimburse us for gas for the boat ~ we'll just call it even. I threw a couple of rugs down in the basement for washing. Thanks again !
