This is our second year in a row renting this house for our vacation. It is in the perfect location on the isle for beach fun as well as getting back to Mt. Pleasant for groceries and that infamous Target run, and it's priced just right. Plus the owners are extremely nice and helpful! The house comes with everything anyone could need to have a real home away from home experience. Everything was clean and ready to use, and when we had a problem with the a/c the maintenance crew was over in less than an hour to fix it! There is plenty of parking for large groups, and the walls are fairly thick for people on different sleeping schedules. We will be staying here again and again - for as long as we vacation in IOP, SC.
