This is a place for nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts as well.
We have a 14 person Bentley pontoon boat & 10 person 21 ft Super Air Nautique boat available for rent with driver.
If you plan to bring your own boat the private launch is conveniently located at the Neighborhood Park just 1 minute away.
Access and use of the waterfront Neighborhood Park available for Vacation Rental Guests includes 25 meter pool, baby pool (seasonal) basketball and volleyball courts, horse shoe pit, playscape and picnic tables with charcoal grills.
Located off of Bee Caves Road (2244) between Capital of Texas Hwy (360) and 71 on the "close in" side of the lake. Very close to One World Theater, and brand new Austin Galleria Mall and Shops yet only about 20 minutes from 6th Street, down town and all that the "Live Music Capital of the World" has to offer.
Lake Austin Spa Resort, recently rated the top spa in the country by Conde' Nast, is just a short boat ride away for a massage or other deluxe spa treatment of your choice. Also you can go in your boat to several excellent places to eat on the lake like County Line Barbeque, Hula Hut Mexican Food and Ski Shores Hamburgers which often has live music as well.
Lake Austin is great for kayaking, tubing, wake boarding early morning water skiing and year round fishing. Kids (and adults!) will enjoy the sandy beach and shallow swim area for hours on end. Many Bass and Perch have been caught right off the dock which is also frequented by a family of swans during cooler weather, that come very close to eat torn pieces of bread tossed their way.

My family and I just rented the lakehouse for the weekend. Mickey was wonderful! He did everything he could think of to make sure my family had a wonderful stay and we did!! The kids had a blast as well as the parents! I would definitely recommend this lake house to all of my friends. Thanks for the hospitality Mickey!

We have stayed here several times with plenty of enjoyment and great memories. Beautiful spot 1/2 way up Lake Austin with beautiful cool water for skiing, boarding, tubing, etc. Large pecan trees covering the big yard. Older house was plenty adequate for our needs. My kids are looking forward to our next visit.

I have stayed at many places up and down the Lake. This is my favorite, great for family gatherings, gentle slope to the lake, good for small kids and older adults. I have enjoyed 4th of July weekends, Rehearsal Dinners, Wedding Receptions, and Wakes. If your looking for a comfortable relaxing place to stay it doen't get any better. Great place for Bachlorette or Girls weekend. Mickey and his boys are very accomodating with the boats, Pontoon for a Sunset Cruise or Sunning or the Super Air Nautique for Wakeboarding, Surfing or some wild tubing. They taught my 6 year old daughter to ski and can't wait to get back this summer.

A great place to stay with family or friends. The owner Mickey went out of his way to make sure we had a good stay. I score this home a 10 on a 1 to 10 scale. The boat is a true bonus and we had the time of our lives. Thanks to Mickey who drove the boat while we tried to hang on to the tube. We all recommend this home to anyone that wants more than just a rental.
