Summer Vacation at the Beach!! Hurry - Only a Few Weeks Left!

  My family stayed at this unit in late July. The location was perfect for us since it was so close to the owner’s pool and just a short distance to the beach. We had four adults and two babies and there was ample space for us all. It was great to have the bikes to ride when someone wanted to go to Baytowne or just up to the market. The unit is equipped with everything we needed to make meals or just relax in the evening. I have been coming to Sandestin for over 30 years and this was probably the best trip we have had. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for providing us with a welcome get away!

  WOW!!! We just returned from a 7 day trip to Sandestin and stay in this beautiful villa. We had two families, one with an 8 year old boy, the other with 2 teenage girls. The villa was perfect with our family upstairs with our 8 year old having the loft to himself, while downstairs the other family had a master and the girls had their own room. The furnishings were great, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils. The back patio was perfect. We put up one of those pop up type canopies to extend our shade and were able to use the patio comfortably at all times of the day. We also grilled hamburgers one night, chicken one night and steaks another on the outdoor charcoal grill. We all enjoyed fishing and catching fish from the comfort of the back patio. The pool was a minute walk away which allowed us to come and go all day long. The beach is about a ten minute walk, 5 minute bike ride (three bikes available with rental) or you can drive and park at FINZ. We did all 3 throughout our stay. We went to Baytowne Wharf on Tuesday for the fireworks and had dinner at the Village Door. We also played golf at the Baytowne Course and at the Links Course. Great value if you enjoy golfing!!! We had dinner on our last night at the Crab Trap. This was an awesome way to end our vacation. TS Debby blew our way on the first two days of the trip, however by Monday the rain was gone and the beach was back to pristine condition. Karen was outstanding while booking the property. This was our first trip to Florida and naturally I had a million questions. She took the time to answer all of my e-mails and phone inquiries quickly and accurately. We are already planning a return trip and hope to rent this property again. For first timers or seasoned veterans of Destin, this is a GREAT rental. We can't wait for a return trip!!!

  My husband, daughter, and I went for a 3 day get-a-way for Mother's Day and had a blast. This condo was perfect and has all the comforts of home which made it cozy and easy to relax. The porch out back was so nice for having breakfast or just sitting and enjoying the lake and ocean breeze. The location of this condo is perfect! Close to the pool, beach, and great restaurants, grocery stores, and all other kinds of shopping. We loved the bike trails and took several family outings on bikes to the Village for lunch and the beach for a swim. We would recomend this condo to everyone and any age group. There is something there for everyone!

  I had the pleasure of joining my son and grandchildren for a few days during Spring Break. We visit Destin and Hilton Head Island often so I believe I have the experience to judge this Villa as very nice. The location on the beach side added to its charm. In the evenings, after dinner it was such a pleasure to sit on the patio and look over the lake. The view was postcard perfect. The Villa was furnished beautifully and had every cooking utensil imaginable. The location was perfect for the beach, the Village and shopping. Our stay more than met my expectations.

$200/night - $1400/week  (3 night minimum) Jan. & Feb. monthly rental available.
Summer rates begin 5/30/2011 and are $1500/week.  Holidays dates will be extra.
Damage deposit of $125 and 1/2 rent required at the time of booking.
Deposit is held until 7 days after your rental.
Taxes are included.
$125 cleaning fee (This is an additional fee except for 'All Inclusive' packages)
Full payment expected 30 days before check-in date.
