"A Beach Peach" is a beautiful gulf view home NEW to the rental market. The home offers views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the St. Joe Bay. It has been lovingly decorated and has all the luxuries of home making it a great choice for your beach vacation.
With decks on both levels, you can relax and enjoy the views. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Everything is new!
On the ground floor there is covered, paved parking and a hot/cold outdoor shower.
The first floor living area has wood floors and panoramic windows with nice gulf views, balcony, queen sleeper sofa, TV and DVD. The kitchen is open with a large countertop, bar stools, and a dining area.
Bedroom 1 on the first floor has a day bed with a trundle, TV, door to balcony and a full bath that connects to kitchen. Also on the first floor is a laundry closet with washer and dryer and access to the back deck.
The second floor offers two master suites. Bedroom 2 offers a king size bed, private full bath, balcony, TV and DVD. Bedroom 3 also has a king size bed, panoramic windows with gulf views, TV, DVD, walk in closet, full bath with double vanities, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and balcony with views of the gulf and the bay.
"A Beach Peach" is smoke free. Also, no pets allowed due to our children's allergies. There is an age restriction. No reservations accepted for vacationing students or singles under 25 unless accompanied by adult legal guardian or parent during entire stay. Saturday to Saturday rentals during the summer months.
Cape San Blas is a great choice for families. It offers serenity as well as an abundance of activities. What is missing is crowded beaches, waiting in line at restaurants, noisy traffic and congestion.

GOLF
St. Joseph's Bay Country Club boasts a pristine 18-hole championship golf course featuring mature trees, lush fairways, sloping greens, and strategically placed hazards on a traditional layout.
Guests will enjoy one complimentary round of golf daily at St. Joseph's. One tee time may be made each day-no more than 48 hours in advance. Proper golf attire is required. No personal coolers or beverages are allowed. Reservations are required.
DEEP SEA FISHING
Spend the day cruising through the warm waters of the Forgotten Coast and experience some of the most thrilling fishing the area has to offer aboard the Fish'n Xpress! Have your fresh catch professionally cleaned (please remember to tip the mates).
Guests are provided with bait, tackle and fishing licenses. Onboard beverages are available for cash but guests can bring their own soft sided coolers with food and drink (no glass or alcohol). Enjoy one complimentary adult fare per day. Reservations are required.
HORSEBACK RIDING
Experience the beauty of Cape San Blas as never before astride one of Broke-A-Toe's gentle, professionally-trained horses for an afternoon that promises to be the highlight of your vacation!
The 'walk only' beach ride is safe for beginners and takes in plenty of coastal scenery while traveling along the water's edge. Guests will enjoy one complimentary horseback excursion each day. Reservations are required.
DVD RENTALS
How about some romance, action or adventure on your vacation? Enjoy it all with unlimited daily rentals of the latest Hollywood releases at our conveniently located MOVIE RENTAL CENTERS.
Movies are checked out with your rental card (needed for rentals and returns), one at a time. Additional items may be rented with a valid credit card. Please return rentals to original rental location.

Why the Owner Chose Cape San Blas
We fell in love with Cape San Blas the first day. It reminds us of "Old Florida" with open spaces, beautiful dunes and no crowds. At night, we keep the windows open and we can hear the surf. The people who live at the Cape or Port St Joe are all very friendly and welcoming. At the Cape, we can relax and let stress disappear.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We love our home away from home!! Everything we need is right there. We enjoy having coffee on the balcony and watching the waves. We don't worry about running to the beach early to "reserve a spot"!! The beach is beautiful and spacious. Sometimes we can sit there and no one else can be seen. You can see the dolphins playing in the water.
