Newly renovated 3 BR/1.5 BA cottage in Charlevoix, MI is just a short walk from two fantastic Lake Michigan beaches–one that’s dog-friendly & one that’s great for the kids with a playground area and lighthouse.
The first floor is all hardwood floors, with an open living/dining/kitchen area, with full-size sleeper sofa, two bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full) and a full bath. Upstairs is a large, carpeted 3rd bedroom with 2 twins and a half bath. The layout works well for a family or a couple wanting a spacious getaway.
Enjoy grilling on the back deck overlooking a large backyard or take a walk to Lk. Michigan to watch the sunsets or Lk. Charlevoix to watch the sunrise. You can even watch the boats come & go in the harbor. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen to make you feel right at home. Linens provided at a small addt'l. fee of $30.
House-trained dogs are welcome guests as you will find that Charlevoix is a very pet friendly town! Truly a treat - Come Enjoy!

Growing up where a beach vacation meant fighting strong undertows and jellyfish, we've been delightfully surprised by the many hidden beaches and coves of Northern Michigan. There are so many places to choose from to watch the sunset, whether a quick walk down the street, sunset sail, or a remote stretch of sand all to yourself. Family and friends love visiting and taking the dogs for a swim and sampling the wonderful farm markets and galleries.
