Casa Rosa is a nice apartment in a wonderful private villa, located at " Capo di Sorrento" , between Sorrento and Massa Lubrense, only 1,8 km from the town centre, surrounded by olive trees and a well kept garden.
At guest disposal, a lovely terrace where it is possible to look at the breathtaking panorama of Naples bay and the Island of Ischia.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a living with TV, and a full equipped kitchen. Air conditionedin both bedrooms and in the living included in the rental price.
The Car is suggested but not mandatory, there is a parking space included in rental price.
The Bus stop is just 200 mt. away from the property.
Rental rules:
All prices are in euro; rentals are inclusive of maid service once a week.
Price includes final cleaning, linen and towels, gas and electricity, no others fees or taxes.
Check-in after 4.00 pm - check out before 10.00 am or by different arrangement.
To book the 25% has to be in advance by Bank transfer or Credit card, balance of 75% in cash in euro at arrival.
