We invite you to vacation in our recently remodeled and redecorated 2 bedroom / 1.5 bath condo (Our COVE VIEW RETREAT) with panoramic ocean views centrally located oceanfront at Cove Park in lovely Kihei. It's the perfect spot for a special vacation with incredible views/sunsets. It's as close to paradise as we've found.

Enjoy the trade winds, sound of the ocean, brilliant sunrises and sunsets all from your own private lanai.

Our recent remodel includes:
- designer furnishings
- custom kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets
- 1.5 bathrooms with new tile floors/shower/bath and vanities/fixtures
- Queen bed in the Master Bedroom and Double bed in the Full bedroom Loft

This 2nd floor condo with vaulted ceilings is in a 2 story building with unbelievable ocean views from your Lanai.

Great pool on the shared greenbelt between the condo and the 20mph beach road and ocean. Ocean is 60 feet away.

You'll enjoy staying in this centrally located unit - close to shopping, nightlife and great restaurants.

Nearby is the world class Wailea resort with championship golf courses - Gold, Emerald, and Blue. Tennis is also nearby at the Wailea Tennis Club. The "Shops at Wailea" with great restaurants, exquisite stores, and art galleries, and 2 convenience stores are only a 10 minute drive from our condo.

We own 4 units (of the 16) in this building and have others available if you have a group, or multiple families, weddings, etc. want to stay together while having your own privacy. The other units available include 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1 bedroom/1 bath and a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. They were all also remodeled in the last year and have high end finishes. Just like home - only better - on Maui! Ask us for pricing for multiple rentals.

The place is fully stocked for your stay even including boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and snorkeling equipment.

Maui's best beaches are a 5 minute walk - Charlie Young, Kamaole I, Kamaole II & Kamaole III! Cove Park is right out front for surfing and kayaking.

Views from your lanai are amazing - unobstructed oceanfront - surfers out front throughout the day - whale watch from the lanai in season! Sunsets like you read about.

Here are the sleeping accommodations:
Master - new queen bed
2nd full bedroom Loft = new double bed
There is also a full size inflatable queen bed.

Sleeps 4-6 comfortably.

Private parking space right outside your door. No longs walks from the parking area.

And, to stay connected - we provide Wireless Internet - of course!

In addition to our stated rate, there is a $75 cleaning fee.

There is also a $400 security deposit that we collect at check in and return after check out inspection - deposit can be left in the form of a check, CCD authorization or cash - whatever works for you.

Remember - Maui No Ka Oi - Maui is the best!
