Condominium is uniquely located 2 blocks from the beach and across the street from Northside Park in North Ocean City.
The Park is the site of the July 4th fireworks. Sit on the condo balcony and watch the fireworks directly. The Park has walking, jogging, and bike trails along with a large children's playground, softball, soccer and lacrosse fields. There is a large pier for crabbing and fishing.
The building is also adjacent to a miniature golf course and has an outdoor pool. Numerous restaurants are within walking distance.
There are also discounted golf privileges available to the Bayside Resort Golf club located near Fenwick Island, Delaware (only 10 minutes away).

It was a great vacation---place was even better than I expected. Convenient to nice restaurants, walking distance to both stores and restaurants. For $2 can ride bus all day and night to go downtown. Pool is nice and place is great and relaxing. Would love to come back again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
